Jeff from the Fence Repair Company was just incredible in helping us have a second opinion about a horrid fence job under progress that we hired that went all kinds of South. I called the Fence Repair Co never having interacted with them, desperate for a second opinion because it looked to us the fence that this other company was building at our home was crap. He consulted with me on the phone at length, looked at photos and videos I sent him, and when my husband called him with a couple more questions, he decided to just stop by so he could look at our half built fence in person and give us his solid opinion, and was here super quickly! Turns out after talking to Jeff the job was indeed overall crap like we suspected (posts used were 2 feet too short, concrete not the ideal type, they had left the concreted posts warping in the sun and rain for over a week instead of coming back to build the panels timely, so the posts ended up warping before they even built the panels, left the pickets and other materials for the panels warping uncovered in the sun and rain for weeks until they decided to come back and finish little bits at a time, they spaced some posts more than 8 feet apart, then to "solve" this problem they themselves caused, just butted up some 2x4's into the gaps and screwed them to the vertical posts instead of using longer wood for the panels (so it looks like a repair job already even though it's brand new), not to mention they built half the posts in the wrong location, started building an entirely different type of fence than what we contracted for, started building the top of the fence sloped and not stepped as hired, installed a gate that won't open or shut, used fasteners that rust in the rain, etc., etc.). However, Jeff also pointed out some things that we suspected were terrible were not quite as dire as we had feared. After hearing Jeff's very well educated opinion (he gave a clear reason explaining everything he said unlike the scammers who were building our fence, who just kept arguing with us and repeating, "trust me, this is how you want it"), we decided to stop pursuing this God awful company we initially hired to build the damned thing. Yes, I say we stopped pursuing them because by this point they had been ghosting us anyway due to us asking them to fix the series of calamities they caused and deliver a fence built according to industry standard. We hired a new company to finish the job (this was not The Fence Repair Company as Jeff repairs fence, he does not build it). Jeff did not advise us to do this, this was our choice after hearing his honest assessment of the quality of the fence he saw we were being delivered. Jeff seemed completely honest and fair and did not sell us on anything whatsoever. He had no incentive to say anything one way or another. We were, and still are, so very grateful to you, Jeff! Whenever we need fence repair, there is no question who we are coming to, it will be Jeff at the Fence Repair Company.

Fantastic family owned company and so grateful I found them! No fence companies have ever called back through the years when I called about repair. Finally, I thought I needed to get a whole new fence - Then I found the Fence Repair Company. They responded quickly, came out quickly and walked the fence with me and we saw issues I didn't know I had. They gave me options on repair (different price points). I needed to move one side of the fence, needed new gates and there were several rotten boards and unstable posts. I received the bid via email quickly and saved $thousands$ not having to tear out and install a new fence! It took a few weeks to get on the schedule but it was absolutely worth the wait. I trusted them fully so I wasn't even at home when the work was done. I came home and everything was done perfectly and completely cleaned up. Based on my neighbors new fence, it will all match with a year of outdoor elements. I would highly recommend them for fence repair or even a new fence! Photos attached.

Family owned and operated. Very professional people and wonderfully affordable. Honest and reliable and took all the stress out of fixing my mess! They even had my gate manufactured to match the slope of my yard so I have a nice clean look, no ugly gap at the bottom and no pricey landscaping required. We had an entire 50' length replaced plus two "returns" installed to complete the back yard enclosure. Other companies made it complicated and crazy expensive but Jeff was so genuine and down to earth. Hey turned it into a no big deal situation and will come back for up to a year to make any adjustments due to normal ground settling after install. He came and closely inspected the work with me to ensure full satisfaction. I am so grateful we found him. Completely upgraded the curb appeal and now I feel safer and my dog can safely run free. Thank you Fence Repair Company crew and owners!
