Ferguson Construction has both built us a very large deck, and remodeled our basement. Their work is excellent.

Both Jim and Christie are easy to work with, friendly, and are willing to work with the client concerning changes "on the fly". We added a couple of items to our basement remodel after accepting the original bid, and they incorporated these seamlessly.

I would recommend Ferguson Construction without hesitation.

I have been using Ferguson Construction's services since 2005 and found a great company that has freed me from ever having to find a new or different contractor. My experience with them has proven the work performed at a fair price, done timely, with quality workmanship by a group of friendly professionals.
They've put in a new deck, a full basement remodel, flooring in several rooms, siding, insulation, installed doors, repaired walls, and replaced every window in my home.

We used Jim and team to put on a brand new screened porch in 2020. From the second you meet Jim, you know he is knowledgeable and experienced. He's kind, patient and very thorough in his explanations and work. He also hires well, his team is thorough and polite. They took a lot of pride in the work they did. Jim was accurate in his estimates (even with the crazy price changes in 2020) and really delivered a quality, beautiful deck that we are enjoying regularly. I would not hesitate recommending this team to anyone who asked.

Ferguson Construction completely remodeled our master bathroom. They were available before the project to answer questions, they were on time and completed the remodel within the quoted time. In addition, we made several adjustments to the project as it was underway and the re-modelers adapted to the changes. When there were issues, they sought us out to ask how we wanted to proceed and provided several viable options. Because of the changes, they weren't able to stay within the bid, but the overages were reasonable considering the level of additional effort involved. When they were done, the finished product exceeded our expectations. We will use them again and I would highly recommend Ferguson Construction.

Project was to replace a deck with a 4-season room so it involved many construction services (foundations, framing, roofing, insulation, siding, windows, interior finishing and flooring) over a four month period of time. Work was professionally completed; workers were friendly, trustworthy and efficient; and finished product was of high quality. I was very pleased start to finish!
