Ferrill Construction is a true team environment; each member of their team brings a wealth of knowledge with a unique skill set and they compliment each other beautifully. While our project began as adding square footage (removing two exterior walls and pushing out in both directions), it snowballed into gutting the kitchen, updating every bathroom, removing and replacing the existing hardwoods, eliminating a step down into the family room, and simultaneously included a new pool installation. During all of these changes, Team Ferrill addressed the steps that needed to be taken and graciously orchestrated the work. They made smart suggestions, based on their experience, which kept our project moving.

I was particularly impressed with the high caliber of subcontractors they use and think it speaks volumes that they surround themselves with polite, reliable, hardworking people. As someone who visited the job site often with children in tow, this mattered a great deal and made a huge impact.

As a contractor, Ferrill Construction earns my highest recommendation. They delivered on their promise to transform our home into everything we could have hoped for and more. We have used Ferrill Construction through the years and had wonderful results. We first renovated an old 50s kitchen. Not only were they fast, they were efficient and exceed our expectations.

We also renovated the facade of a building in Ybor City. It was quite a daunting task to stay true to historic guidelines. We also had a firm budget that we had to stay in. A dream come true!

After meeting with multiple general contractors that either did not follow up as promised or with whom we didn't have a good rapport, we weren't holding our breath when we met with Ferrrill Construction for the first time - despite hearing nothing but positive reviews from several friends who had previously used them. Within seconds of sitting down with them for an introductory meeting, we clicked and the rest is history. With David, Heather and their team by our side, we happily completed our first major home improvement project - a total kitchen renovation that is all that we dreamed it would be, and more!

During the almost 3-month long project, we had daily communication with Ferrill Construction so that we always knew what to expect and when. When problems arose - and they did in our old bungalow - they proposed solutions that were both efficient and cost effective.
