I wish I could give a no star review. After replacing all 4 of my tires and purchasing every recommended service offered to me, my car was shaking and not preforming as it previously did with 4 old tires. My check engine light came on to indicate that there was a problem so I had Firestone check it out, that claimed that everything was just fine and they turned my light off for me. Surprise, my light came back on, they offered not explanation and just told me to bring it back and they would turn it off for me. I then paid $1200 to repair my broken AC and after a few days it broke again. When I brought my car back to Foreatone to check out the problem, they claim the compressor blew after it was just replaced, thank goodness they replaced it that time. My AC is broken again and they refuse to look at it without me paying a diagnostic fee. They do not honor their work, and they do not fix your problem. I paid thousands of dollars to make recommended repairs to be able to pass emissions, but guess what, They never fixed the problem. I had to pay to have another mechanic fix the problem after failing my state emissions test for the exact issue Firestone claimed to have repaired. Do yourself a favor, Go anywhere else! The staff at the front desk are sales people and have no clue what they are talking about and their mechanics are even worse. They missed a massive tear in my car while “diagnosing” a mass flow air censor failure. Trash, just trash.

I have brought my car to Danny at Firestone for years and have always had great service. Last week my daughter got a flat tire. I called Firestone and reached Nick. He got her a new tire in 45 minutes. Thanks Nick for helping last week and thanks Danny for all the times before. Cromwell Firestone feels like family.

Ordered our new Turanza Quiet Track tires by Bridgestone in advance for our two cars per their recommendation. They called and said they were in so we made an appointment to come in. Hubby and I drove our cars in at the same time arriving at 8:45 a.m. We both were finished by 10 a.m. Great diner across the street if you don't want to wait in the waiting room. Nick is the manager and he was great. The tires are "quiet".

I arranged my appointment on-line for 3PM. I arrived ten minutes early and they put my Durango on the lift five minutes early. By 3:50 four new tires were installed, and the Durango was out front waiting for me.

The Cromwell Connecticut Firestone store operated by Nick Piccirillo is an awesome facility . Quick service, always correctly done and at a very competitive price. No Chevrolet Dealership repairs for this owner. I’m a Firestone customer for life.
