Ive only lived in the perryville area for 6 months. Ive never had so many outages in my life for no reason and its out for hours. Very poor service.

Power pole in front was leaning and wires were getting close to roof line called and reported. Next morning a person came by and looked at issue they were back that day and fixed the problem. No complaints here, good ob folks.

This is one of the best electric companies I've ever had. Better than any companies I dealt with while living in Florida. I've also been in the position of the customer service people and appreciate that they are understanding and helpful. I've not had one issue in almost 2 years of having them as my electric utility provider.

A crew came out to my property to cut down a huge tree, Shawn the man in charge was very polite, very knowledgeable and very professional. He treated me with respect and also talked of other things that needed to be done. They will be out again to get another tree down. He and his crew went over and beyond the service provided. It don't matter if it rains a lot or just a little the electricity goes off and it is not turned on for hours the energy isn't like that they're electricity goes off it's on within the hour they could you take lessons from them

I used 83kwh and they charged me 9.03. The very next day i used 81 kwh and they charge me 15.17!! This is price gouging how can yall charge me more when i used less!!!!

WARNing!!! Terrible service, terrible people in the office, this whole company is crooked! Buy solar- I promise you'll save more that way than if you buy electricity from them! Their automated service is 20 years behind. Their phone system, computer system and office system don't even talk to each other so you get mixed messages and end up getting charged extra fees because you think you corrected information but you really didn't because nothing to "talks" to each other! Then you try to correct it in office and get yelled at by a you know what. As much money as this company makes to put out a boring magazine you think they'd figure out how the hell to update a system that's with the 21st century! Glad I moved and won't be dealing with them anymore- good luck central Arkansas they have a monopoly on the area and you're screwed unless you buy solar!
