Customer service was good, but I would make one recommendation for them. When a customer comes in to have fish processed and shipped (via FedEx), it would be nice for some questions to be asked. For example, “Do you WANT a signature to be required on the delivery end?” As a customer, I should be given a choice. Fish Central could have a waiver to be signed allowing them to not be responsible if the delivery gets thawed. We had our fish shipped, and we chose to have it delivered to a home where no one is available until later in the day. Having to try and contact a human at FedEx is difficult enough, and because my name wasn’t tagged as the “shipper”, I couldn’t make any changes to the delivery or delete the requirement for signature required. Fish Central…please start asking customers what they want, or add their names to the “shipper” details. Thanks!

I was told to use fish central as a processor. They were friendly enough. They asked me what pounds bags I wanted my product frozen and processed to. I said 1 lb bags. I now have 3lb bags of of vac sealed fish. They charged me what they wanted. I gave them fresh shrimp, head on, and got them head off. Not what I wanted at all. They don't hold to what they agreed to at all. I've tried to call them, but it goes to voice mail. I feel bad bc our charter cpt swore by them, so that's why we went there. Not a good look at all.

My family and I had a great experience renting from Greg. Reasonably priced, friendly/funny service, and all the gear we needed for a very successful fishing trip. The boat was comfortable and easy to operate and the scenery life altering. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

They did an excellent job of finding a charter for us. We had two weather cancellations with most boats not going out yet they still found us a charter. Upon our return they vacuum packed and froze our catch by 10AM the next day. We will definitely be back!!

We rented 3 fishing rods and a tackle box, and during our time fishing we lost only 1 hook. But when we went to return the hook the person there kept on insisting we had lost 2 hooks. He ended up making us pay 17 dollars for one lost hook, we gave him 1 hook and he cut the price to 8 dollars. Can't believe he still made us pay. At least the fishing rods are in good shape.
