Quick review. We actually had purchased our two Big Sur e bikes in California while on a trip, but after a year of use found this business to do a tune up service. All I can say is I have no idea what they did but the bikes ride better than when we purchased new. Whatever adjustments, and maintenance they performed my wife and I can not believe the difference on how much smoother, quieter….everything these bikes ride. Highly recommend this shop.

The reviews are all accurate. These guys are great!! They helped us make an informative decision and allowed us to test out the bikes in their parking lot. They recommended perfect bikes for our use.... as we live in an area where there's a lot of hills. This is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. We are really enjoying the bikes! They were very helpful with accessorizing our bikes as well. If you're considering an e-bike or are perhaps confused about the many available options out there, do yourself a favour and make a trip to Sun City West to visit these guys. You'll be happy you did!!

Knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with squeaky disc brakes which Aventon acknowledged and they sent both front and rear disc plus brake pads. In addition, they offered 30 dollars for the labor. I brought my Pace 500-3 to the shop and had them installed. Mike asked how much they were going to reimburse and Mike charged me that amount. I just received a check from Aventon. Love my bike and have enjoyed some great rides from 15 to 25 miles. Definitely worthy of a 5-star rating.

Owner Mike and son Michael are a great team! I've taken my eBike to them for parts and service. They have a great selection of bikes, prices are reasonable, and their service is top notch. Highly recommend!

This family owned business saved the day and exceeded all my expectations! The father-son duo of Michael and Mike Jr provided extraordinary service after I got carless "doing it myself". I worked with Michael while buying my first e-bike. I'm 45 and I have always been skeptical of e-bikes. My wife and I demoed bikes and we became believers. Fast forward a few weeks and I got a flat going off-road with my new e-bike (really off-road). I changed the flat myself and installed Tannus armor liners. Re-installing my wheel I stripped out the axle bolt (don't ask). I called Michael and he had me bring in the wheel asap. Mike (Jr) re-threaded the axle and had me back up and running in less than 24 hours, no charge. Let me repeat that, they did not charge me for my carelessness. I expect businesses to fix their mistakes quickly, but I have never heard of a business that fixes my mistakes urgently. . I thought I was special, then I realized out that his is just how this family does business, so I had to write a review. I love these guys and they will get all my e-bike business.

My husband and I both bought bikes a year ago. Mike and Michael helped us from the beginning with our purchase and follow up service. They are reasonably priced with a quick turn around time. We've added several accessories to our bikes and they are always happy and ready to accommodate us.

original review 08/23/22: all of the other reviews mention Michael and how helpful he is, and they don’t lie! i walked in right at opening and he was there with a smile and ready to help me figure out what i needed! i went to pedego yesterday and intended on going back this afternoon to purchase from them, but Michael was much more helpful and offered me a MUCH better deal than pedego could even come close to. i am very pleased with my purchases and the top notch customer service i received, and i look forward to having my bike serviced & continued business with them in the future.

update 9/29/22: i decided to upgrade my e-bike and returned to see michael — i once again have nothing but stellar reviews for michael and fit n fun e-bikes. my transaction went smoothly and they got my bike set up for me and ready to go. on my ride home i encountered some (operator error) issues and called them; they came out to where i was at and helped me troubleshoot the issue and made sure i made it safely on my way. i cannot recommend them enough!

I had been looking at E-Bikes all summer long. Different manufactures had different availability. Where we were had no dealers within a 100 mile plus
radius for us at the time. Then I found Fit n Fun e-bikes, that had just opened up, not far from me. I spoke to Mike and told him what I was looking for.
They had the Aventon bikes I was looking for. I went out and tried one and was hooked! James, demonstrated and let me test ride the Aventon Pace 500, it was a blast. I wanted the step through Level, and when the they received their shipment the following week, I was in the shop the next day. They made sure the bike was ride worthy and good to go! If my wife decides she wants one, we will for sure, be back to see these guys!
Go out and see Mike and James, they'll help put a smile on your face!
