Getting fuel is cool but if your looking to park not so good.... they let homeless people take up 3 and 4 spots at a time with all their trash everywhere...... tweeking on trash all night and day.

Love the fact that they have a separate area for RVs to fill up - And they have RV parking in front as well! Wish that folks in cars wouldn't use the big rig area... Sigh.

The gas station was clean. Clean bathrooms. Good food selection. Hot coffee is always good.
Pleasant customer service.

This place is great, the shower was very clean and the worker Manuel was so polite and told my husband and I to have a nice shower and even told us to have a good night, you could tell he really cared and did a fantastic job. The cashiers were friendly here too and there was places to take our dog out without there being a bunch of stickers, we love this place and will definitely keep coming here, thank you!

Normally I review food at locations but this review is warranted. I parked here for the night to pick up a load nearby and upon entering store was greeted by some of the associates at the front counter. After grabbing a few items (about 4) I went to the first open register which had this chick named Ruvi standing there fiddling around so I walked up and immediately as rude as she could have been pointed and tried to direct me to the self checkout where there were 3 machines but 2 were occupied and one needed an associate to clear it out. So I mentioned to her that none of them were open and not sure what I did to her and I have never seen or encountered her before but she was extremely impertinent. It really amazes me how some people act in some of the most simplest situations. If you go here watch out for this one cuz she hasn't learned her manners yet. If you happen to run into a young lady named Tiffany, then you will see the difference between these 2, it is night and day. That night I got a few more items and Tiffany is the epitome of excellent customer service. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the location of items in the store. She has a great attitude and is very personable. Ruvi needs to be retrained and Tiffany needs to be promoted.

If you buy fuel here, make sure you get your receipt. I have been here at least 20 times and not once has it given me my points. If you ask them to do it at the register, you will only get 1 point per gallon. You have to request the points through the app

This location is very busy as free parking spaces. That is so, because there have more cars than trucks! Local drivers used that Pilot parking plaza as their own private parking. Why to pay to someone at least $300 per month, if that location doesn’t have a working management Also, that 4 wheeler/ truck drivers, stoped on the middle of the plaza, just to do some maintenance on their trucks.

Well I am pleased to say that this was a very nice experience, the staff was very friendly and the store was very clean and well stocked. The last couple of visits were very disappointing, way to start holding management accountable. From the CEO down to the part time cashier.the cooperation is finally heading in the right direction. Now the competition is still out there so donot rest on your laurels....
