Just got here and the directions from guards from around the plant are terrible
It’s my first time here so i was driving around like crazy, until finally i got here at security guard but on wrong side of it
They said you must be on another side where is like 25 trucks in line

The yard dogs here create very unsafe conditions. The staff as a whole is very rude , but again the safety here is non existent please be aware that the staff will curse at you and make everything about your visit not pleasant

Last time I delivered there the line was out to the street..unbelievable. But last night was in and out. Trlr lot was looking a little bare too. This morning not bad either. Wondering were they running behind in production or what. But I guess that's not my concern. Overall nice experience.

Be aware! I was kept waiting for 12 hours, with them constantly telling me the load wasn’t ready. After waiting all that time, they ended up cancelling the load! Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. This is not how you treat drivers. I won’t be coming back!

Overall, not bad for my first delivery here. ok place to deliver depending on your dock assignment and day of the week. It’s Friday mid morning for me. 4 stars cause of the d***head at the check in window saying there’s a sign at the guard shack saying to stop there to break the seal. Take a look at the pix I posted of the only sign at the guard shack and then take a look at the sign on the left window at the checkin shack and decide for yourself.

1. All big rigs use gate 5. Use Garrison Rd off RT 69 NOT Garrison Rd off S. Liberty. Just follow the winding road.

2. IF your load is sealed, YOU MUST STOP AND BREAK YOUR SEAL AT THE FIRST SHACK (guard shack). They will collect your seal but THEY DO NOT check you in. There is no sign telling you this until you get to the next shack to check in. They’ll check you in, but you’ll have turn around and go all the way back around which is a pain with trucks coming and going constantly.

3. Just follow the instructions they give you and it’ll be fine. Besides, there we a lot of friendly people to help out.

4. Docks are either blind side or straight back down into docks on the left or right.

5. They check your empty on the way out. Don’t know about the shipping side.

Truck drivers, never come here to deliver, this is the worst place ever, I drop my trailer before 3 days, it's not ready yet, appointment doesn't work, Landstar laying to you, they say live unloading but it isn't

Just pulled into this Ford, gate 6... I have a delivery... The guard (woman) was asleep. I waited a couple of minutes, then knocked softly. She did not wake up immediately, and as far as I understand she was very annoyed that she was prevented from sleeping. I apologized for my English and asked for help with the paperwork. In response, she practically began to scream that she could not help me. But I don’t need such help, I’m very sorry that I disturbed her sleep. Good luck

7 days to unload a trailer, it's crazy, people are rude start from security, you don't have to treat drivers this way shame 😕
