Outstanding customer service. I was traveling through the area and had a hose fail in my 2017 Ford F-350. They had the part on hand and quickly fixed my truck so I could get back on the road with little delay. I would trust them with your vehicle.

We on day 1of a 3 week, 4,500 mile road trip towing a travel trailer had an issue with our Ford F250. We made it to a Dodge City campground late and took our truck into Lewis Ford first thing the next morning. Miguel and his team were booked, but somehow worked us in and were able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day to get us back on the road and save our trip. Miguel was very understanding, professional and communicated with us on the work progress throughout the day. We can't thank Miguel and his team enough for the job they did for us. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone.

Devin helped me first thing in the morning, offered a truck for me to drive so i could make it to work, and had my car done by lunch. Devin was so friendly and professional! I was also greeted by the general manager, Tom, who is always so friendly. Their customer service is the # 1 reason I go to Lewis Ford!
