In my opinion this rental agency is the best in town. Sarah and Jamie are the two nicest people. We have rented from their agency for a little over a year. The one home we rented after a year sadly wasn't available for a second year lease. Instead of sorry your own your own these ladies helped us find another rental that fit our needs. They are honest and upfront, nothing hidden. They are fast with getting work orders. Hopefully we can buy in the future but until then we will rent from this agency as long as we can. Thank you Jamie and Sarah for all you do. ❤️

We had been customers of Fort Riley Area Rentals for over 11 years. They managed our property and did an excellent job communicating with us as property owners. Our concerns or needs were always addressed and they made great efforts to resolve any issues right away. We worked with Jamie, Lance, and a few others in the office. I’ve worked with Jamie at Fort Riley Area Rentals for 15 years. They have done an excellent job responding to the needs of the tenants quickly and flawlessly. They have local maintenance referrals that fix any problem at reasonable prices. When the house needed underground pipes replaced, they knew who to call and they let me pay with rental income over three months so I didn’t have to pay the expense up front. Jamie is always pleasant and never hesitates if I need a copy of a document for taxes or otherwise. They make me want to buy another rental property!!

They make you feel important and you can tell they genuinely do care about you and your property. Fort Riley Area Rentals has been wonderful to work with. I was an owner of a rental house that they managed for over 6 years They would keep me informed of any repairs that were needed and give me estimates that I could choose from. Every time a renter’s lease ended and they had to move, Fort Riley Area Rentals did a great job advertising the house. The longest it was vacant between renters was 2 weeks. I definitely recommend this company if you are looking to rent a house!

We moved out at the end of our lease, and they took an extra month of rent. When we called them up, they said that it was our fault bc we did not stop auto pay, although we told them a month in advance. They told us that the accountant couldn't refund us the money for 30 day. To recap, they took $909 and are unwilling to refund it for a month. I don't know about you, but not having $909 has a huge impact on our budget for the month.

I have been renting from this company for a year now. They have been nothing but wonderful! Our lease is about to end and we have not had one single issue. I saw the other reviews saying they never answer the phones or fix things. From my personal experience the truth is the exact opposite. Any time I call I get an answer right away and they’re always polite. Our door came off it’s hinges in the last storm and I called around 4pm today and someone was at my house by 7pm to fix it. Same with a washer issue we had not too long ago. I’m not sure why they’re only rated 2 stars but I promise you, if you treat them how you’re supposed to, they will treat you how you would want a rental company to treat you and then some. And I know this is making it sound like I work for them but I swear it’s a 100% honest review. Definitely recommend them and their company!

I have had a great experience so far! My maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner. The ladies in the office are professional, nice, and have helped me in anyway possible. I would definitely recommend Fort Riley Area Rentals.
