Submitting plans was easy, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. BTW they are on the Second Floor, I used the elevator. Plenty of parking on the streets and parking lot, is best to call in advance to make sure all is ready for submittal. They took my payment with a check, (if I would've pay with a Card there's a fee)
