They are very precise with cutting instructions (unlike many butchers we have used). It's true that prices are higher and Dallas isn't a sugary personality, but if quality and professionalism is what you seek, this is your place.

I have had three beeves processed there over the last three years. They have always cut the meat to my specifications, had it ready on time and charged a fair price. They were also very helpful when I picked it up and even loaded into my car. Their facilities and personal have always been very clean. I recommend them to anyone that has meat processing needs.

So we usually get our holiday hams and turkeys here. I have to admit the ham we got for july 4th, 2018 tasted funky. So tonight i stopped in with my dad (not really expecting to get anything). But we sampled their smoke ribs (i think it was left over lunch for their crew. I have to admit i got a slab of ribs to take home for dinner. Even after putting them in the oven to warm them they were so juicy and flavorful, it made my tastebuds dance. The smoked turkeys have always been good as well, usually the hams are better (have no clue what happened to our last one). They definitely redeemed themselves with the ribs tonight though.

Ok service
But all the fees they charge for USDA processing and labeling is redicoulus
And don’t expect to get your organ meat back USDA or not I’m not really sure why this is never had a problem with any outher butcher but these guys just blame it on the inspector or the guy that’s conveniently not at work that day
