Very poor customer service! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing at this cooperative. Only work 4 days a week so don’t call on Friday or weekends. The cost for their electricity is twice the amount of Evergy. Wish I had another option for electricity.

Update on 3•5•2019
Since I can't leave you another 5 star review, I will add it here. We just had a tech come out to switch out the bulb on our security light. He did a great job and switched our old light out to a new LED light, but what impressed me was his customer service and consideration. He knocked on our front door to let us know he was on the property and would have to drive on the grass. He took the time to double check that it was ok that he do so. When he was finished he moved his truck and actually took the time to try and fill in the tire mark that ended up in the grass before coming back to the door to let me know he was done and make me aware that his tires left a bit of our mark in our grass even though there was absolutely nothing he could have done about it due to the wet ground and angle he was at. I was just impressed with his overall communication and consideration for our property. Once again, another 5 stars for this company!

Called today about power going on and off several times, a lady said, very ACID that is in the system she don't know, on a very irritating voice. Let me tell you something, your job is to answer very polite, as long as I'm using your service, I'm paying your salary
