Extremely unprofessional. After 5 months from when we paid for our product prototypes all we had received was 4 small fabric samples - 2 of which were sent to us just to show what fabrics weren’t possible to use. We talked about going with a partial refund instead of moving forward with the product, they scheduled a call with us to discuss it, never called, and haven’t responded to us since. Sam and Tony both gave the same excuses as to why we still hadn’t received anything - they were always shipping out orders and were too busy in their facility. Luckily, we were able to get our design we sent to them back, but we don’t have much else to show from the 7+ months we worked with them.

Full speed is the worst company dealing with ever, be aware. I spoke to the owner's name Tony, that supposed to Cut & Sew design. Tony promised to deliver an about a month and asked to pay $ 2,500 for the samples and the pack tech that was back in 08/2020. After a lot of back in fourth 6 months later, he finally sent me one sample not even professionally done. Every conversation with Tony is a story of him and twins and sent me bunch of pictures of a set of twins his wife was in hospital, I became exhausted. And just let it go, not entirely because I have all the receipt and the emails. Full speed is nothing name it is not a real company, there's real people in background that are taking people's money. Standby!
