I got a 2007 Camry about a month and a half ago now and so far so good! The staff were friendly to deal with and held the car for me over the weekend so that I could have another look at the car. After purchasing the car the oil may have been overlooked, as when I had my own mechanic take a look he said it needed an oil change (but aside from that the car was great!). They let me bring the car back in for an oil change without a problem. Overall, very friendly staff, and they’ll address your concerns.

The experience I’ve had at this dealership was very disappointing. It was going good at first and they even let me test drive the vehicle twice. The (assumed) owner is your typical car salesman and he does a decent job explaining his processes. Upon my decision to buy the vehicle I informed the number I was given to notify. I notified them at 5:30 and then he responded to me at 7:30 am (they open at 10am and I’m picking up the car at 3pm). When he responded he said out of all the cars on the lot… the car I was looking to buy had it’s wheels stolen…

Normally I’d think nothing of a situation like this one I went through but the times don’t add up and every time I’ve came to the dealership the owner has told me it does not close at 5pm it closes at 4 pm. Yet both times I test drove the vehicle it was at 4:30.

When it came time to make a deal that I was paying cash for ($15k) he offered to buy a set of Facebook used rims and new tires with the promise of only $150 back. After visiting the vehicle I see the rims he replaced the car with were more than destroyed in terms of curb rash and with two different brands of USED tires on the car. By this point he lost me in the deal. Then after all of this and I explaining that the cost of one cheap tire alone is $150 he told me “Maybe I should’ve told you I don’t want to sell you this car because I didn’t think it would cost me this much money”. I don’t think that is fair at all considering the deal that was made and the loss of value in the car after it was on plastic crates and it’s stock rims were replaced by random Infiniti wheels. He then also took off the “35 day warranty” on a $15k cash car. I find it very weird to not be able to hold a 35 day warranty on a car that is only 77k miles. Considering I’m paying cash with the tellers check he ordered me to screenshot days before and the time of the wheels being stolen I can without a doubt say this establishment through my evidence and with thoughts from friends and family is a sketchy dealership.

Maybe it was just my experience, but the owner speaking like this about a deal that was made and honored up until the purchase and not making things right did not sit well with me.

If you're looking for a used car this is the place to go.
After looking at cars for over a month online, reading hundreds of reviews, and researching dealers I settled on Ful-Line auto. They had a good inventory of cars at reasonable prices and the reviews we're the best I had found. My husband and I went in without an appointment to look at several cars we might be interested in. We were greeted with a smiling face and friendly personality of the owners daughter. ( Sorry I forgot your name.) She handed us the set of keys to all of the cars we were interested in, showed us where on the lot they were and told us to take our time looking at them.
While viewing those cars I spotted a Lincoln Town car on the lot. It was beautiful and I was very interested in it. We got the keys and took it for a test drive and I absolutely loved it. It was reasonably priced and had low mileage on it for 2006. We went back and told her we wanted to purchase the car and made arrangements to pick it up the following week. We agreed we would do all the paperwork when we came to pick up the car and we weren't even required to put a deposit payment down. Since it was a 2006 we requested that we be able to take it to our own mechanic to have it looked at. The owner, Dave, agreed without hesitation even though our mechanic was 40 minutes away and loaned us the car for the day. Our mechanic did let us know that one small issue should be addressed. I told Dave what our mechanic said and he said that he would take care of that issue and let us know when it would be ready. Two days later the work had been done and the car was ready. We picked it up and couldn't be happier with it. It was a very smooth, easy, pleasant experience. Dave was very easy to deal with as well as very helpful. It wasn't luck that brought me to Ful-Line Auto, I did my due diligence and it paid off.

I have gotten 3 cars from Ful-Line (2 for me and one for my brother) over the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. They are very easy to reach and work very quickly with you on processing paperwork to get you the car fast. When my brother had needed a car they were the first place that I recommended to him and we weren’t disappointed! They were efficient and speedy with every part of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Ful-Line to anyone looking for a used car due to their fair prices, variety, and quality of cars!

I will start off by saying i have owned over 25 vehicles from the age of 18 until now (35). I have purchased probably half of those from private sales and the other half from a dealership some where. This is by far the best car buying experience i have had (there are a couple of places that were good). The process was easy i literally went to look at the car test drove it found a few flaws with it and Dave the owner said no problem i will take care of the issues, We had an agreement where when the vehicle was ready i would go pay and pick it with no hassle, Communication was great and i was updated on when i would be able to pick up the vehicle. I would recommend this place to purchase a vehicle this place was probably the most honest used car lot i have been to. I am from Waterbury so South Windsor is a hike for me. Long story short if you want no hassle, good prices, good cars, and an easy buying process with no pressure. This is the place to buy your next vehicle nothing but , a great experience from Dave. His daughter is also awesome and was pleasant to deal with on the day Dave was not there

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone at this family-owned business is very friendly and easy to work with. They were honest and their cars are fairly priced. I flew from Texas for this purchase and it was well worth it. I highly recommend Ful-Line Auto and would definitely do business with them again.

I bought a car here about a month ago, a Honda CRV. The process was smooth and straight forward, Dave explained all the details to make it easy to understand and went out of his way to keep me updated! He made repairs and updates before I even purchased the car, and just a few days ago the radiator blew. I brought it to him and he fixed it free of charge because it has only been a month, no hassle. Wonderful customer service here and would definitely come here again!

Just bought a second vehicle from Ful Line Auto. Dave and his family run a great operation. They have a good selection of fairly priced cars and offer no pressure sales. We have had a great experience with our first vehicle, Ford Explorer. Ful Line Auto offers a great selection of fairly priced Auto’s and thoroughly inspect and go thru them before the sale is complete. I highly recommend Ful Line if you are in the market for a good used car!!
