I would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. As soon as I finalized the deal and took my car home. the man that sold me the car promised to give me a ride back to pick up my truck, but that never happened. He made excuses and left me high and dried. I also called the dealership and spoke to P I C in sales department. He said that all his guys are busy with other customers and cannot pick me up. That’s when I realized that I’m on my own. I felt like this is the worst experience I ever had.

I am so grateful for Ryan and Amir here at Yuba City Toyota. They truly went above and beyond to hunt down my new car with everything I wanted and more. My mom was nice enough to hand down her car to my kids mother so her and my kids could have nice reliable transportation. So last week I reached out to Future Toyota of Yuba City. Christy Cooley-Kelsoe and her awesome team were able to find the perfect car for her and have it delivered here and ready for purchase today. Big thanks to Robert Cuevas for taking care our our insurance policy. I jumped on a flight came home this morning and by this afternoon I had purchased a brand new 2024 Rav4 TRD for my Mama! I haven't seen her smile like this or show so much excitement in years. She really is one of the sweetest people on this planet.
