They have professional employees that are Skilled at what they do, nice and accommodating. They are quick to answer questions flexible to change orders and problem-solving. We originally reached out to FWD construction because of some beautiful decks we saw on Facebook. We chose to work with them on our deck demolition and build because of their promptness in communication. They listened to our goals and provided professional opinions as needed. Their project management flowed well so the project could keep moving forward smoothly. In 2 weeks my old deck disappeared and a new more functional and beautiful deck can be enjoyed during the last remnants of fall. They final walk through went smoothly with the few loose ends taken care of quickly. They do cost a bit more than other companies but the price for the considerate employees, quick work, and comprehensive clean up was worth it to our family. Now we have a deck that offers us space for entertaining and stairs to our backyard.

We are very happy with our deck replacement by FWD Construction. The entire team from start to finish was great. Design plans and cost proposals were easy to understand and easily adjusted for minor design changes. The demo team was fast and cleaned everything. Coordination with all of the utility companies and pier installers was extremely smooth. The build crew was great, delivering a fantastic product that will last years.

Quoted 4 companies, FWD was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. They were competitively priced and provided the customer experience that anyone would want.

FWD replaced our 30-year-old small back yard deck this spring. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and flexible throughout the entire process – from our initial contact through the complete build. They remained responsive even though the late thaw delayed the start of construction.

To say the deck is well-built is a huge understatement. If the house falls down in an earthquake, the deck will still be there.

FWD suggested several initial design changes that we hadn’t considered and that we love. They also made several suggestions during the build process that we hadn’t considered and that we love, They even put up temporary barriers to keep moose out of the gardens while the fence was down.

The on-site build crew was reliable, polite and friendly. We were completely comfortable with them having access to the house while we were away.

FWD Constriction just completed my dream deck and I couldn't be happier! I was so excited from the initial meeting when the ideas I had in my head for years were drawn up in a 3D illustration. Tommy listened to every detail and designed my dream deck. This was a big project, complete with a 3rd story deck and stairs leading all the way to the ground level and another ground level deck. From demolition of an existing patio to completion of the new deck, the entire crew was incredibly dependable, hard working with positive attitudes every day.
