I hired GADI Construction to do a complete remodel of my kitchen in my small condominium in Belmont. I am very pleased with the final appearance. Their staff was punctual and easy to work with extremely helpful and advising me on various aspects of the project and in selecting the materials. Their workers were cheerful and punctual. We live in a 1950 sq. ft. home built in the 1950s on a 7500 sq. ft. lot. We had a lot of space but because of long hallways and small rooms a lot of the space was not being used. We were inviting construction project managers to suggest what we could do.

We loved Millie's energy and bubbly attitude. She encouraged us to think "out of the room". After Gadi was done, our home has come alive! We are able to use the space efficiently. I feel like someone removed a wall in front of my face! The walls which blocked the sunlight both in the mornings and evenings fills our home with that same bubbly energy that Millie brought with her. We notice our mood is uplifted all the time. We can see nature from every angle in the living area.

Millie helped us make space for our yoga/gym room where we invite friends and family for doing yoga and meditation every weekend. We are now able to fit everybody comfortably in this expanded space of 40*15 sq. ft. area with stunning views of the mountains on one side and the lovely backyard with orange, lime, pomegranate, persimmon trees and lots of flowers on the other. This large yoga room can also be converted into 2 bedrooms if required!

This feels like a post modern home now, not the old 1950s single family home.

The execution was flawless and was completed on schedule. And Millie implored us to share what we felt even as the construction continued. She always wanted to know what we really felt deep down. She accommodated all our requests and reviewed the progress with us. If something had to be the way it is she explained why with a lot of patience.

I would request you to give Millie a chance whenever you plan to make changes in your home. Making big unknown changes can be very stressful but she will explain everything to you with respect to pros and cons and costs with patience.

Highly recommend GADI! They did a great job replacing the kitchen countertops and vanity in my bathroom. Kitchen project was more complicated because we left the old cabinets and backsplash, and the layout is unusual, but GADI was super precise with demo and installation. Would definitely use again!

We are beyond thrilled with how our backyard turned out! Effie and team did an incredible job from start to finish. They handled the demo of our old yard quickly and efficiently, and the transformation that followed was amazing. They installed beautiful garden beds, a gorgeous new patio, fresh plants, a lush lawn, and a full irrigation system that’s been working perfectly. Not only that, but they even added a privacy screen that really finishes the space off nicely.

What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail—they cleaned up the job site so thoroughly, it was actually better than when they arrived. I worked with Remi and Ricardo from GADI and they did an amazing job! They were very communicative and the quality of their work was exceptional. The job involved taking down a wall between our living room and kitchen, redoing our baseboards, door frames, flooring and painting our living room, kitchen, entryway and hallway. They finished in the expected amount of time and we love how everything turned out!

I had GADI Construction remodel my kitchen and freshen up our two bathrooms. In the kitchen we had new quartz countertops installed, new flooring installed, and the existing cabinets painted. We also had GADI paint the walls in the kitchen and the cabinets/vanities in both of our bathrooms. Millie was our construction manager, and she made it all a very positive, pleasant experience. She brought samples to us, linked us up with suppliers for all the materials, and really went above and beyond in her efforts to find new hinges for our existing cabinets that were a very unusual size to replace. She was in constant communication with us and the construction workers without being an invasive presence. All the workers were good at what they did and very pleasant to work with. We (my husband
and I) are very pleased with the results. The project did run over by just a few days, but that was because of the hinges being so hard to find, not due to any problems or schedule glitches on their part. If the hinges had been regular size, the work would have been completed early. Our kitchen looks amazing now! I definitely recommend GADI Construction.
