We are so happy we ended up finding this jem! First off, just entering the store. The ladies behind the counter were so nice it felt like we were walking into our own home. When we explained what we were looking for they bought our gaming console with a great deal attached. Then they pointed out the original Bonnie and Clyde shot gun on the wall! We were just talking about it and there it was. What a wonderful clean and homey environment. We just wanted to leave one last thank you!

What a spectacular pawn shop. They had the original Bonnie and Clyde shot gun from the Joplin raid. Super cool reads with it. Not only that, fantastic gun prices! That said, we didn't even go to look around, we went to sell our goods. They were above and beyond on their customer service and even quoted more than any other pawn around for miles!! Super amazing ladies!

Best Pawn Shop in the area hands down. Charge less to pawn your items, and offer more whether you’re selling or pawning. Have been going to them for all my companies tool needs first bc they usually have what I need and for much cheaper. Great staff too. Always friendly and helpful. Love this place!

Awsome People & Great Deals!!!!
Been in the shop a few times and have bought several items from a simple wrench to Stihl Chainsaw , Antique Service Station Oil Pump , 20 ton Air Jack many different items & only 1 time did I have an issue but when I mentioned it to them it was no problem and they replaced the item with 1 that was actually better!!! Can't ask for much more than that.

The best pawn store I hv ever been to!!!...The the prices are fair and the owners were probably some of the coolest people II hv ever met. I hate going to pawn stores bc they are always rude and never give u hardly anything for what you are panning, not here they gave what I wanted were super fair and even the prices on their items were reasonable too...They even went out of their way to test a rock for me to see what it was, I was not able to get any other place to do that for me...Im truly glad I was able to meet the owners and will tell everyone I kno that if ur in need to pawn something go here, they blow every pawn store out of the water!!!

They are very friendly & helpful..A lot of nice items for sale also..Very reasonable prices..I've only been in a few pawn shops and this one has got them beat as far as clean & a very friendly atmosphere & low prices on the merchandise...It's worth the stop....

Best pawn shop in Galena Joplin area, best one I've been to in Missouri, very polite and respectful folks here, they are kind to me and my kids and have everything from video games to tools,jewelry & nice guns, rifles, shotguns, including Bonnie & Clyde shotgun,great ammo, tvs, guitars, they have a little of everything,awesome place full of awesome people, thanks Galena pawn for great service
