We loved working with Gary Faith Construction! They updated our tandem garage parking space into an actual useable bedroom (raised flooring, ran electrical, poured concrete, installed doors/lights/windows, rerouted dryer vent, painted, etc). It was a great experience working with Gary and his contractors. He checks in frequently, responds quickly, and will add/update anything as needed. He made the construction process painless and it was completed earlier than expected!

Gary Faith Construction did an amazing job with our first-floor remodel. They handled everything from demolition to finishing touches, including gutting the kitchen down to the studs, replacing all electrical and plumbing, filling in our sunken living room floor with concrete, tiling the entire first floor, and replacing our kitchen picture window. Their attention to detail was top-notch.

From start to finish, communication was clear, and they kept us in the loop throughout the entire project. The only minor hiccup was a delayed window, but they handled it professionally and kept us updated. The team was incredibly efficient and always cleaned up the construction site at the end of each day. They were also very responsive to our questions and concerns, making the entire process stress-free.

After many interviews and quotes we chose Gary and his team to rebuild our kitchen and it was a great choice!!! Gary gave us a price and plan that fit in our budget! They came in on day 1 and did demo on the whole kitchen!! They kept right at it from there on!! Always on time, always someone here and the project moved very quickly!!

Had our master bathroom remodel done by Gary Faith Construction, and am totally happy that I went with them.

We are picky, and have a LOT of questions. Through it all, Gary, Chris, & team were there to work with us, and make sure we were left happy.

The bathroom came out looking beautifully. Just gorgeous.

And this includes AFTER the project was completed. As we slowly started getting settled into the new bathroom, any questions or minor tweaks we needed, Gary worked with his to make it happen.

We just wrapped up a large home remodel with Gary and his team that includes a kitchen, bathrooms, and multiple other updates like paint and flooring. We are very happy with our experience with his team and so glad that we decided to go with Gary for this project. We would 100% use Gary again for future projects. Here are some highlights --
- Gary himself is extremely organized and responsive. He stayed on top of all kinds of dates and timelines and the whole thing was very efficiently managed. Thanks to this, our project finished ahead of schedule.
- Gary's crew was consistent and predictable, an all around great group of people. I was impressed with their workmanship, timeliness, cleanliness, friendliness...the list goes on.
- We trusted Gary and his team to work on our project while we traveled for 3 weeks. The Internet will tell you not to do this, but they did a great job while we were gone and we came home to amazing progress.
- Gary uses subcontractors that he has worked with for years and also do an amazing job. I was especially impressed with Randy/Ideal Cabinets, Laura/Rock Prefab, and Miguel Herrera who did the quartz fabrication. Amazing work and really easy because Gary managed all the timelines, material pickup, communication, etc.

Based on the different quotes we got, Gary's was right about the middle. I felt the cost was totally worth the experience and the outcome.

Gary is my Go To Guy when I need anything done around the house or yard. If the work is outside of his scope he always has a good reference that I can use. I am having a bamboo problem fixed by one reference right now, plus more yard enhancements, had my roof and gutters done just a couple of months ago, and had my exterior trims & doors done just prior to that. I've used his services now for at least 8-10 years.
