One of the worst builder in the area. Does not communicate with us the home owner and always tries to take short cuts in build. Hard to get ahold of. Never returns phone calls and his superintendent Brandon is not any better to work with. The quality of material is not good and I talked with several sub contractors they agree with the quality of material is not good. Us the home owner would be better off just building a house on our home then using Jacob or anyone in GB group. Find any other contractor in NWA to build your house!!
The other reviews are fake and not been real customers of Jacob or his customer!!
