My wife and I came to Gengras looking at an XC90 she's been dreaming about for years. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. We just had THE best experience at Gengras Volvo! The showroom is spectacular and of course, the vehicle is incredible, but it was the people that made our experience amazing. Vecdet made the whole process completely seamless from the test drive, to negotiation, to insurance transfer, to rolling us out of our old vehicle and into our new Volvo. Shout out to Dylan, who was great with our kids and oversaw the entire sales experience. Erica and Christian also made the business and technology sections both fun and easy to understand. I recently purchased my 2018 Audi A3 and everything about the experience was amazing. Jola and Christian were the most personable sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
