This is ball sheet company they don’t know even how to run the logistics sides, i bring to them 10 totes of chemicals they got 4 and they left 6 in my trailer they said we don’t have space for the other. Why you order that much if you can’t get them ? Wondering whose running this kinds of stupid business like this.as a driver no one cares for us, today is Friday i have to concel next load then wait til the broker decides about the load left in my trlailer. 🛌🛌

Appointment 4pm-10pm to pick up a preloaded trailer, I got here at 8pm and the lady at the drop off yard / front gate has the worst attitude for no reason, she just watches TV shows on her tablet and gets mad at the truck drivers because she has to do her job. It is now 1am and the trailer still isn’t ready yet.

I was scheduled to pick up a preloaded trailer. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have any empties to load on site, so I had to get live loaded. 2 and a half hours later, after being loaded, I got to the shipping office to get my paperwork, and the guy in the office was having trouble figuring out how to print my paperwork (it was his first time, and he should have been shown how to do it). Nobody else was around to assist him. Another hour wasted because of this. Then I found out that they DO have PLENTY of our empties on site. I hate being lied to. I was also told that I could scale there. Waited in that line, all to find out that the scales are for log trucks only. I won't return here!

My Goodness arrived on Wed evening DID NOT have ANY problems my company is usually a DROP TRAILER however they didn't have empties for us so GP said I could live unload on Thursday morning went to check and OMG the security guard Brandon WAS HORRIBLY RUDE HE TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO DENY MY ENTRY Because he said I said I would comply with HIS RULES Your security you FOLLOW GP RULES NOT YOURS!!! POOR dude Owns GP

Unloading was almost 10 hours.Nothing like screwing over the owner operator. Will not ship to this company again. The rates already make it difficult to feed my family but making me wait over 9 hours to unload makes it impossible for me to drive the next day as I have been up all night now just sitting. They had me playing magical doors all night. Bad experience. Ran my clock out.

Showed up at 4:30 PM on 12/4/22. Finally got a dock at 4:30 AM the next morning. Lucky they let me stay on overnight til I got a dock. Security says you can unhook and drive into town for food if needed. Not sure why it takes so long for live loads.

For drop and hook loads, as you turn onto the 114, there will be a drop yard about 3/4 of a mile down on your right. You’ll see a small white building and a bunch of trailers. Can’t miss it.

This is by far the worst GP I've ever picked up from & that's saying something smh. Small location with ridiculously slow production. Absolutely incredible. Will NEVER get a live load again from here. Will deny everytime. GP should be ashamed of themselves but this goes on at multiple locations so doubt they give af.

Arrived at 0730 for 0800 preloaded trailer. Its noon still haven't even taken the empty from here to the dock to be loaded because they are still making more product. They also advised its not uncommon for drivers to wait 2-3 days for a load. I'm kinda surprised we are even sent here. Good luck all.
Followup: now here for 25 hours. Still no idea of a time frame. They tried sending me for a live load but security at Gate 1, which is where I was told to go, turned me around. This is beyond ridiculous.
