Honestly, it doesn't seem too bad. Just be prepared to wait, i waited 8hrs and 30 minutes to get to the door. It is supposed to be by appointment, but really, it is a first come, first serve. The entrance, at least this week, is by gate 2. I am delivering paper rolls. Everyone is waiting on the street and just keeping an eye for their spot.

If you are delivering paper rolls and are coming from the Pilot truck stop, drive South on Rd 23. Turn left at Ave 12. Turn left at Granada / Ave 25. Turn left at Pecan/ Ave 13. Turn left into Gate 2.

NOTE:
THE PORTION OF AVE 13 IS STILL CLOSED UNTIL NOVEMBER - DO NOT TURN LEFT OFF RD 23….DO NOT DRIVE UP RD 24 1/2 TO THE REAR OF GEORGIA PACIFIC. ITS A PARTIAL DIRT ROAD AND THERE IS NO ACCESS TO FACILITY. IT IS A DEAD END

This place is a mess .i made a mistake to come here never come back again . There is not staright through delivery. They keep you forever to get unloaded. They do not care about anybody .They only care about 8 am to 5pm shift. Forklifter took 5 hour to unloaded which was only 15 min job.

Don't come i suggest.

Roll stock delivery: proceed through Gate 2 to the back. Park at STOP sign if there's another truck in dock, if not, then back in to the dock.

It's best to slide the tandems to the rear before backing in, otherwise you will smash into the fence due to trailer swing.

Unhook your red air line and chock the wheels. The forklift driver will come get your paperwork and leave it on the clipboard when he's done. Fast unloading.

I REALLY SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!!!
I accepted the job offer to pick up a load from the capitol & drop it in Madera. HUGE MISTAKE. Been docked at unloading since Sunday, Nov. 12th, now here it is Tuesday Nov. 14th, and STILL they have not unloaded the few rolls of paper from my trailer!! What in the name of Humanity is going on with this branch? They say their forklift is broken and that is their excuse I will definitely not ever in this OR the next lifetime come here again !! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

One dock, first come first serve so get here early. My dispatch said 0800 but I got here about 7:30 one day and there were two trucks ahead of me. Still got out of there within a couple hours. Dock is easy to get into you can basically make it a straight back if you circle around and line up right. Just park it and find a forklift driver to give your paperwork to and you'll be out in no time.

My experience here wasn't bad. I delivered a roll of paper stock from Brewton, AL. They are FCFS and they only have one dock for roll stock receiving. I can see how it could take a while if you get stuck way back in line. They do not have a check in procedure at the office despite what the signs say, those are for actual "visitors" not delivery drivers. You just wait your turn, back up to the dock and present your papers to the forklift operator. The forklift operator who I interacted with was quick and professional.
