I HIGHLY recommend the Junction City Gerber team to anyone needing auto collision repair! They went above and beyond for us and delivered high quality expert repair ahead of schedule. Our situation involved some unique circumstances and they handled everything beautifully, including working with the insurance company! We had such a stress free experience, and that was absolutely contributable to the awesome communication they maintained with us, keeping us informed throughout the entire job. I can’t say enough about the entire staff at the Junction City shop - from the office and estimating staff, to the experts actually performing the repairs. I was completely impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care that went into the work they did for us. Our family truly appreciates the service and professionalism you showed us! They cashed the check from GEICO July 15th but here it is September 11th and haven't even started the repairs!!! Matter of fact, idiots called today and asked if we knew our car had hail damage!?!? DUH!! Your shop supposedly did the estimate back in July after it sustained damage from a horrible storm!!! So now here we wait, car is in the shop and they didn't even do a Full and accurate estimate plus waited to find out that one part is gonna be on back order!!!! Incompetence!!! Probably should have ordered that part 2 months ago when you cashed that check for work that wasn't even started!!!! Beyond disgusted!!!

Excellent experience!!!! I accidentally scratched the bumper of my leased truck on the brick around my garage door. I was fully expecting to get ripped off going to a body shop. However, this establishment changed my perception. It was a fantastic experience and a very reasonably priced transaction. Instead of charging extra to remove the bumper they found a way to paint it still on to save ME MONEY. Thank you very much. The work was flawless! If I crash anything else, you will absolutely get my business.

Great work repairing our car after collision. Updated us regularly about everything happening with the repair, and worked really well with our insurance (USAA). Car looks brand new and was all sparkly clean when we picked up!

Showed up today to drop my car off because it needs repaired from an accident that happened on the 14th. State Farm set everything up stating that today at 11 I would be getting repairs done. When I got here I was told it was just an estimate. Insurance told me everything was taken care of. Now I have to figure out how to get a rental car again because it won’t be able to be brought in to be fixed until the 8th or after. Staff was incredibly rude about the entire situation insinuating that they didn’t receive the same information I did, which may be true, but they should have done a better job at communicating with myself and insurance since there was obviously a huge miscommunication. Because now my vehicle will be going almost a month without being repaired. I submitted everything I was instructed to submit. This also isn’t the only time this has happened, they made a comment about this happening to lots of clients recently. So obviously that’s an issue between them and insurance and not the party who’s trying to get their vehicle repaired. No efforts to squeeze it in or make it right. Will update rating after the vehicle is fixed unless that gets messed up too. Attitude with the estimate agent (Rebecca) and front desk lady were extremely unprofessional. Felt personally attacked when I just came in and communicated what was passed on to me by insurance without being rude, didn’t cause a scene or make a big fuss. Was genuinely confused and trying to figure out where the disconnect was, and this is what happened.

There is not a single negative thing I can say about this company. The level of care I received from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Has greatly surpassed any of my preconceived notion of how it should be when dealing with repairs. We had some front end damage to our Honda Accord from a hit and run. The ladies at the reception desk all the way down to the mechanics all were extremely knowledgable, friendly, and displayed a higher level of understanding. When I had questions about the repairs, James was there to answer them and help me understand the process. I was made aware of additional damages found once looking under the hood. I was also kept informed via text and phone calls to update me on the status of the repairs. I was very pleased with the service and how well they turned out. My husband even told me it looked brand new again. I highly recommend going here for any repairs you may need in the future.
