At my business we’ve had AT&T for years, going back into the 90s with high-speed Internet. When fiber came around, I tried to get AT&T to install to my business. They were unbelievably hard to work with, and really jacked up the price. I called Giant they were quick easy to work with and the service has been extremely reliable, I now pay less money than what I would’ve through AT&T. Highly recommend Giant.

I am adding this to my review. I've had Giant for a few years now, and not one problem. I lost my password and called support to try and get them to reset or let me know what my master password was. About 3 hours after the request, a tech shows up at my business, with my password in hand. He had a new "router or something" he wanted to change out while there. He made the switch and I got even faster more consistent speeds. Wow, I love this company. No more money per month. If you are using someone else. SWITCH.

Ben Jepson was the exceptional tech that came out and did the install. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable with him right from the start. He was very knowledgeable with all the equipment, installation and communicated with me through every step of the installation. Why I think Ben is an exceptional tech was his courtesy and respectfulness with everyone in my home. From my 92 yo father, to Bo my dog, to myself he was always very courteous and respectful. He wore his COVID mask at all times knowing my father is a high risk candidate for catching the virus. I told him that he could take it off and he explained the company's policies but more importantly he said he would not take the chance with my father being a high risk. I was impressed and thought that was very thoughtful and respectful. I would invite Ben into my house any day of the week because of the above reasons. Ben Jepson came and installed my services. He was very courteous and professional. Ben wore his mask the entire time. He also worked hard to install my services quickly, efficiently and his work was high quality. He answered all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the services. Giant came out today to set up Internet for us in our new home — Ben Jepson was the tech and he was quick and efficient and polite. He helped us set up details that were personal for us and easy to remember and I’m glad he was here to help!! Will definitely call on them again in the future!!

My technician, Ben Jepson, was wonderful! He was very polite and friendly. He was quick and efficient. He wore a mask throughout his visit. He took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. I highly recommend him. He is a credit to Giant in every way!

For this being really the only reliable internet around here, I think it does a great job. There is the occasional outage, but it’s always been dealt with promptly. The internet runs for 6 people at a time in my house without any lagging most of the time. We recently had an outage issue and was told our equipment was out of date anyway and they had someone at our house within a couple of hours with the new equipment. Trevor was the tech who came by and he was super awesome and attentive. I don’t think I’ve had a friendlier stranger in my house!

We have only had Giant for about a week, but so far we are very happy with our experience. The man, Ben Jepson, who installed our internet was what made our experience over the top. He was very kind and made things feel comfortable from the start. He did a great job of informing me of what he was going to be doing and gave me a good estimate of how long he would need to work. I recommend going through Giant and I highly recommend having Ben work on your installation.

Ben came out and set us up for the new streaming cable services, he did a wonderful job. He had a few troubles but kept calm, and was able to get the help needed to get it back up. We're very excited about the change but it's a learning curve.
