We have had the opportunity to work with Gibby's Plumbing a few times, and every time they are professional, kind, and helpful. The last month we have been trying to fix a plumbing issue and they have been so patient in working with us to diagnose the issue without costing us a ton of money. Garrison is a hell of a worker and walked us through everything he was doing, answered questions and tried everything he could to keep us from having to dig up our yard. Unfortunately we had to, and Jordan and Dalton came out, were quick with the job and so kind. We will continue to use Gibby's if needed in the future (but let's hope we don't have to)!

Honestly feel scammed
Thought they did great.. at first. They were friendly and quick with a good price. They were supposed to clear one of my outside drains, ended up backing up my main sewage. Tried to get ahold of them to see if they had a warranty and could come out a fix it but they dodged my calls and wouldn’t return my calls after I left voice message. I’m a young mom and home owner so I just wanted the job done right the first time and if they mess up I get it, it’s hard work but come fix the problem especially if I already paid you to do so. Y’all can still reach out if you’d like to make it right! Would be much appreciated.

Gibby's was amazing! Quick to get to me and friendly! They made my dog beam with making 2 new friends!
They kept me posted on what they were doing, answered my questions and were quite affordable!

Johnny from Gibby's Plumbing Solutions was the extremely quick to answer my call regarding a sump pump issue I was having (on a Saturday). Johnny was extremely professional and came across as a genuinely good dude. The repair was not as extensive as I thought it was going to be and he got it fixed up in no time. I will be using Gibby's for all my future work. This experience today reminds me of why I am happy to be living in such a great community. Thank you!

They replaced a water main. They hit my sprinkler system. Tried to say they didn't. Once they had someone come look at they attempted to fix it still have 1 head that now just doesn't work. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Just want say thank you!!! You guys rock!! Always come when you say your coming and seem to always be able to fix the problem, even when we have to replace the whole sewer line. I will never call anyone else. Can't express my gratitude enough!

They came right on time they did very professional job fixing my main sewer line they do,not over price me good price weather was-4 they did exelent job

We had them come out recently for a blockage.
They were ok but I wish they'd have listened the first time about the access point instead of having to come right back the next day and use the access point that husband told them about in the basement.
All in all- $190 for clearing the line the first day and another $208 for a tub sized p-trap (there was a sink sized trap on there) and about six feet of drain pipe the second day.
