I have never submitted a review but the exceptional five star service I received from Giordano Restoration warrants it! We found we had a water leak behind our living room wall where he found mold, this from our leaking chimney into our finished basement, which lead to finding asbestos in the flooring. What a mess! It was overwhelming trying to navigate through the process but Gary (owner) was so knowledgeable and a pro he helped us through filling the insurance claim, referred contractors, he did it all. And his crew is just as experienced. They were always courteous, punctual and their attention to detail & organization skills were just amazing! Gary and crew were so professional yet friendly and trustworthy, I felt like I had family in my house while they worked. So quick to respond-fantastic communication skills, honest and helpful-I highly recommend them for anyone with a water mitigation need, asbestos or mold removal or septic backup cleanup-he helped us with it all this year. Wish all contractors could be this thorough.

Gary and his team were FANTASTIC! They helped use through the process of cleaning the mold from our basement. Went through everything step by step and kept us informed as new things came up. They went above and beyond, if we could give them 10 stars. We would. These pictures are the worst spot in our basement besides all over our things. Gary and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with! My husband and I were really impressed by how well they communicated throughout the entire mold remediation process. They kept us updated every step of the way and made sure we fully understood what was going on.

Not only did they do a thorough job with the mold removal and kept the air clean throughout the process, but Gary also connected us with a great microbiologist to ensure everything was tested properly. Wow where to start… first of all I want to say that Gary and his crew are amazing. I called Gary because I found mold/water damage in the house and was so desperate because I had a 2-week old newborn baby. I called on a Saturday and explained the situation, he said he would come over Monday, but when I told him I had a newborn he said he would be over in an hour to assess the problem. He immediately sealed the areas affected and ran some equipments to help with humidity in the house. The work was done quick and left the house feeling fresh and clean. I had no worries about the mold once they had finished their work. Gary was a very understanding and helpful guy when it came to knowledge about the home and helping us build an insurance case for the damage. I can’t say how thankful we are, and how great of a job him and his crew did.

Gary came out when I had some water damage in my basement and wanted to take on the job. He was upfront and honest from the start and when the water damage ended up turning into a mold and asbestos project on top of that he walked me and my family through the entire process until it was all mitigated. Even when my insurance company pushed back he was on top of talking to them to help us get what we needed for the process.
