Brought in an old photograph that my mother had taken of my brother and me when we were very young - over 40 years ago. The photo had faded badly over the years as it had been in a frame in my parent's sunroom. My mom was very upset about the condition of the faded photo. I brought it in last week and within a couple days received a call that the restored photo was ready. What a fabulous job they did. The new picture is now in a new frame and the smile it brings to my mom's face is absolutely priceless. Thank you for the care with which you did this restoration. I highly recommend Glenville Photo. Their work is excellent and the staff is professional and friendly.

She is a very dishonest and unprofessional photographer.
Blaming and insulting a customer for her mistakes.
The old photos I left to be restored were ruined, the restoration she did was poor, the photo paper she claimed to be the best is so poor that a finger touch would leave a mark.
She advised one photo with poor resolution to be printed out on canvas to be "more rewarding" as she stated, though it is the opposite. She lied in order to charge me more.
She claimed that the work I asked her to do is very time consuming though when I insisted to be done while I was waiting it took only a few minutes.
She has a short temper and the words and comments coming out of her mouth are insulting and inappropriate.
I spent over $400, made numerous trips to the store and ended up with a lot of frustration and unfinished project

The owner and photographer is the absolute best!
And she makes you so comfortable and makes you look your absolute best! I highly recommend her services!
You will not be disappointed. Used her before and she is even better now.
