GOAT Payments is exactly how it sounds…they are simply the greatest of all time! Their merchant services have been excellent the whole way through. I wasn’t too familiar with credit card processing before I launched my company, but the team at GOAT guided me through it all. Their customer service team is always there when I have questions or when I need help right away. Not to mention, their rates were also much more competitive than any other company I was looking at. I was previously using Square and I can confidently say that there’s no comparison. With GOAT I get much better service and am also saving $$$ each month. I definitely recommend them as a credit card processor. I’m very happy. Thank you! 10/10!

Ryan was my go to person when I had opened my merchant account. As soon as he signed me up, he was no where to be found! I had sent him multiple emails which was just ignored and when I cancelled the account, no one wanted to help so that I can get the last statement. They had me run around for my statements and sent empty messages through the portal which I was not even able to see. When I has contacted them about it, they said they couldn't even see the ticket responses that they sent. I had to call multiple times to finalize my cancellation and try to get the last statement, and still till this day I had not even received a response back. I had also called maverick bank since that is the bank they are doing business with and told me Goat processor should have had the statement ready in your portal. I explained to maverick bank that I still haven't received anything. This should have been taken care of a month ago, and not had me do a run around for the last statement. I received the worst service at this company! Specially Ryan! If I can leave a 0 I would have! I would recommend others to find a different processor who knows how to communicate and has better rates!

I found the representative that I spoke to at GOAT Payments to be incredibly arrogant and rude. Not entirely sure where he got the ego from but it was not a cute look. I called in for a quote and it seemed that he was more interested in trashing other merchant service providers than actually providing me with useful information. I felt like I was a used car lot. Being that I am a reasonable intelligent business owner, I am fully capable of calling around and doing my own research. I found the whole call incredibly distasteful. I hope that they will take this feedback and train their staff to act more professionally. I have chosen to go with a real payment processor.
