They helped get an expensive repair under warranty covered which I was not really expecting, and called to let me know as soon as it was ready. So to respond to the previous issue under the name of Boisvert (my maiden name) I in fact purchased a mover from you 3 years ago under my husbands name. So yes I did spend over 5000 at your store and at no time were we ever told about 280 to have it picked up and dropped off. Your sales person told MY FATHER, not my father in law that a round trip would cost him 280. Which is what I was told last year when I called to inquire about a service. I understand that places need to charge for delivery. I personally just spent 75 for my blower to be serviced. But as you can clearly see I did not use your store to get it done. And most people don’t own a trailer so you are in fact taking advantage of that issue. My father is a 80 year old elderly man that never should have asked his friend to drive his truck in order to get you that mower just to save 280. The fact that you called me a lier is unbelievable. So I stand by my previous review, I would never buy or have any equipment serviced by this company.

Called Last week. Went over the condition of my 2200 Mas, even Emailed them photo's. Told the Price to get it towed to them. I agreed with it. Also told I'd have to have it roll, that made sense. I removed the Backhoe and front bucket. In the position the tractor was in it was not easy at all, it took hours. I call yesterday and I informed them the tractor was ready to tow. Told I would get a call back, and nothing. Called today and was told they didn't want to take on the project!

I can’t believe when you buy a brand new $5,000 lawnmower a few months ago from Goff’s that they charge $280 to pick it up when something is wrong with it. It’s under warranty, they are taking advantage of people who don’t have a way to get their equipment to and from. I will never buy from here again!!!
