I would highly recommend Good Guys Contracting. I needed my roof replaced and from initial quoting through final follow through their communication and transparency was impressive. They offered 2 options for my replacement roof that were both great options. There was no pressure picking between the Good and Better (pricier) option and they spent a great deal of time establishing both were warranteed and commanded the same amount of attention to detail when installing. When questions arose about installation, they addressed each one. We had an old satellite dish, antiquated sky lights and some problem spots we were concerned with and they took special attention to address these issues. When our time slot arrived we had a detailed walk-through the project, what to expect, reviewed costs, day of noise, measures they use to keep the property clean, potential added costs from plywood (if needed), warranty paperwork, who we would expect to see and how long the project would take. The project went off as described and took only 1 day.

Throughout the process we were in communication via WhatsApp. They answered pop up questions, project updates, photos of the problem areas as they worked them and sent a synopsis video afterwards when they wrapped up the project. This I greatly appreciated, I felt I was in constant contact when it was most important and there was a conversation thread I could reference.

Working with David, Theo, Brittany and Brogan was a pleasure. I would use their services in the future, should the need arise. I worked with David with other facets of the project, he provided me contacts for financing options and a painter, both of which I used and ended up very satisfied with.

Good Guys got it done the right way, the first time! The whole team had excellent communication with me through the whole project, always quick to answer any questions I had along the way. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The roofing crew did great work, and cleaned up the job site really well. Not much more I can ask for! My experience with Good Guys was fantastic, I highly recommend them to anyone. Fair pricing, everyone so enthusiastic from the first consultation, design choices, construction and finish. They set up a WhatsApp group chat to facilitate conversation with the site contractor, office and sales so communication was great. First class work too - I’m super happy with the finished product - new siding and trim. I will definitely use them again, you should check them out.

I was recommended to use Good Guys by James Hardy when I was interested in getting hardy board installed. Very very happy that I chose them. The project went very smoothly and it was a pleasure dealing with the entire team. I gave them certain time restrictions that they met without a problem And they help me with quite a few design decisions that all worked out great

I chose James Hardie cement siding because I love the stream-lined , clean look, and because it protects from elements & pests, and has a warranty.
I chose Good Guys Contracting (GGC) because they are a Preferred Elite Contractor for James Hardie, and I’m glad I did. I highly recommend them.
Throughout the project, there was very good communication within the GGC team and very good communication between GGC ( Brittney, Theo, Carolina, David) and myself.
Brittney (the sales & design team), Theo (the project manager), Carolina (the production manager), did a great job explaining the “how’s & why’s” of Hardie board, the construction timeline, and warned of unforeseen problems that could be additional costs. We did have an unforeseen problem that arose. They brought it back to the GCC team meeting and came up with a very good solution. Carlos and his crew did a great job through difficult weather.
The siding was delivered 12/9/24 and the job was completed 1/18/25.
Everyone was wonderful to work with!

Good Guys Contracting did an excellent job on my home. It was a very easy and pleasant experience to work with Good Guys Contracting. Before the beginning of our James Hardie Siding project, during a home meeting with project management, the details of the project was fully explained. All questions were answered and addressed with care and concern. The workers arrived promptly everyday. As a crew, they all worked well together, were knowledgable, and friendly. The work was meticulous. In addition, the everyday clean up was completely neat. Updates were done using video on the What's Up app. This was very helpful because progress was explained in detail. Any issues during construction were throughly explained and resolved quickly. As well, personal interaction with the management team was prompt and courteous. I am very happy with the look of my home and the work completed. I highly recommend Good Guys Contracting.

We used Good Guys about 10 years ago. Dave and his crew installed Hardie Board siding and trim on my house. We cannot say enough about them. They were professional and reliable. The work they did was, without question, terrific. They answered all our questions. We were not only completely satisfied with the job they did 10 years ago, we asked them to come back recently, after the warranty expired, to do a minor repair and they did it without charge.
