The lady at the drive up window was super nice. She told us how to order to go. The drive up does not accept orders. They just hand out the orders. We needed to either come inside or call it in. I called in our order and it was ready to go quickly. The food was well packaged. It was SOOOO GOOD. See my photo.

I never say anything about any restaurant because I don’t want to cause any harm.. but after this THIRD time of the quality of food as it is I do feel the need to make this review.
This was the third time that the food has not been good. I ordered the regular large bbq sandwich and got the baked beans for my side. I don’t know what has happened to this place for the last year, but the food is absolute trash now. The sandwich was mostly fat from the meat. The beans tasted like they were just poured from a can (cheap beans at that) no flavor. Even the sauce is not good anymore. I’m very disappointed with this as Good Ole Boys has always been my go to for a good bbq meal.
Very disappointing. I will not be eating there again as it’s the third time that this has happened.
I miss the old staff employees that used to care what came out of the kitchen.
I’m sure my opinion won’t matter to them. But I will NEVER spend my money there again. And I will make sure that my family and friends do the same.
Sad to see a local business just stop caring. You all don’t put the love in your food like you used too, and it REALLY SHOWS.

We stopped by this restaurant for the pulled pork. We ended up ordering the pulled pork with Okra and baked beans, smoked sausage with okra and green beans. Both of them were great. The inside is a big area that has a cafeteria feel to it. We sat outside and it faces the Highway which was very noisy with traffic. We would go back for the great food.

The food was good. I would make a suggestion about the salad bar. You would sell more off the salad bar if it wasn't so expensive. I really do understand that prices are high right now, but to sell more you could keep the bar at the price it is now and offer a small amount of meat, just half of what you put on a small BBQ for the top of the salad at just a couple of dollars more. Sell it at 14.95 or 15.95... I'm diabetic and I'm always looking for a good place to eat that offers good salads like many people. Salad is good for diabetics but we also need the protein to keep our levels in check. The Wharf offers Garlic Green Beans which are wonderful. I would love it if you could offer a dish like that. And Bandit offers a wonderful steamed broccoli dish that has great seasoning. All healthy vegetables. 😀🌹

Food is always fantastic. Most of the staff are extremely friendly on the dine in side of things. The friendless of the drive thru is a toss up, literally a 50/50 shot. This is always our go to for Bbq and have eaten there for several years at this point. We buy their B g sauce by the gallon, especially during the summer when we grill a lot. It's one of 2 sauces I use, but definitely the most common in our house.

Amazing!!! Stands out among all the other good ole boys locations that's already great!! Also the best hush puppies that I ever had too. Definitely going back for their shrimps and crisp veggie sides!! 😀

I tried calling their store number 10-15 minutes after they opened and no one answered. I called 3 times and it rang the whole time and went to voicemail. So me and my boyfriend decided to just go to the store and order inside. I go inside to order and I let them know I had called and no one answered, cause who knows their phone could’ve been muted or something? And the guy that took my order (don’t know his name) responded “I don’t know I don’t work the drive thru, so..” and that was the end of it. I also paid for extra sauces and I got ONLY the extra sauces and none of the sauce that was supposed to come with the food. Food was good tho.

While the food was excellent and the service was good, I was disappointed with the portion size. I had sausage, onion rings, and mac n cheese. That came out with 1.5 links, 2 large and one small o onion ring, and about 1.5 cups of mac. I know I need to diet, but come on.
