These guys are working hard. Had some recalled tires replaced here. Got them ordered and had an appointment in two days. Got me in and out in about an hour. I would recommend getting an appointment, they are extremely busy, which is a sign they are doing a good job!

New manager Jimmy is very nice and fixed a problem that I had been dealing with for over a year. Brought my car back several times to try to get them to “fix” what they had not fixed properly.
I was very frustrated with Goodyear before Jimmy took over. (I did like Shane.) I never could catch him before he retired. Give Jimmy a chance! He is a stand up guy. I am going to cook them a meal to show my appreciation. So guys at Goodyear I haven’t forgotten about you! lol

Jimmy, the store manager, kindly helped me check in at the front desk and competently answered any questions I had regarding the tires, warranty and insurance then he installed my tires as well.

It’s been a few weeks now and my car has a much smoother ride since I had tires installed here.

Please bring back the old Manager. Bought tires from here... free rotations come with that. That is the only reason I will use this place after my last two appointments. Rude service, takes 6 hours for a rotation, and inappropriate comments. Very dissatisfied.

We had our tires installed here about a year and a half ago and were told we would get the free rotation and balance for the life of the tires. The next time we came in for an oil change, free rotation and balance, no problem. Came in today to get an oil change after looking online, and they're trying to charge us $70 something for the oil change that said it was $21.99 on the website and the guy told us we would not get free tire rotation and balance. He said you only get that price if you make an appointment online, but when we called before driving an hour out here, they said they DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS!

I know anyone who reads this will be able to relate in some way… just imagine one of the HARDEST DAYS of your life and insert having to be faced with a flat tire on THAT day!!! Yep, this was our day yesterday, and in the midst of all the hard things, Shane was such a blessing! He took the extra time and energy to check if our flat tire was repairable instead of simply selling us a new one, which ultimately saved us $140. I can’t express just how grateful we were for this act of kindness. We’re hyper aware of the fact that our $21.40 sale wasn’t in support of THEIR best interest, but that he genuinely wanted to help us. We highly recommend this business and wish they were local to us. Thanks again, Shane Christensen, for your kindness.
