Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Was working with the Summerdale location on getting a shed. First I was offered free ramps only to find out it wasn't available on a roll up door and it was a mistake to offer it to me. Then after the contract was signed, it was then disclosed the "build on site fee" was separate from the contract. It should not be this difficult to buy a shed. 🙁 Very Very Disappointed.

Spoke with Gene the owner and he sold me. Went back and ordered signed all the paperwork a couple of days later. All went very smoothly and I am very happy. Just moved to the area and have a million things to think about but this was painless and went well. Thank you!

We just bought our first storage building from Graceland Buildings of Summerdale. We had the absolute best service you could ask for.
