Work with Green Coast Engineers team on 1,200 LF seawall installation. They were involved from the start to the end of the project. Scope of work, Specs, Contractor Selection, Project Management. They were extremely helpful with an unexpected challenge that we have with a City of Miami Beach sewer pipe running below the seawall and they found a solution that was beneficial for the building as well as for the City. Project was finished before schedule and under the budget. Very pleased with their services.

Finding a seawall and dock inspection company for a residential real estate transaction in South Florida can be difficult, as there really isn't a consensus on who to call. We were in a bind, when another company did not complete the report in a timely manner, for a client purchase in Miami Beach. Green Coast Engineers did a fantastic job, and saved the day. They were professional - they showed up on time, used an underwater drone to take photos of the seawall, and delivered the report digitally on the same day no less with the time crunch. Most importantly, they are structural engineers, with the credentials to give an objective opinion on the state of the seawall/dock. I would recommend them.
