I met Thomas two years ago regarding building my house in Madeira Beach. In the process of discussing he brought in his real estate friend to discuss other opportunities. We signed a contract not only to build my house but two others in Saint Petersburg. Thomas would continue to make excuses time after time after time. When I finally got frustrated and had enough and confronted him about it he sent a letter about canceling the projects after I already spent a bunch of money on permits on 3 homes. He then left the plans which were not even the full plans I paid for in the lobby of his building in order to avoid seeing me. And what’s worse is he had over $50,000 of my money that he still refuses to repay. He runs his business as a scam and unfortunately our laws aren’t very good at protecting consumers. Whatever you do do not engage in any business with this completely unethical individual.

Never use this company. We are one of several businesses that Thomas screwed over. He’s impossible to get a hold of. We waited an entire year for a project that was nothing but drywall (no drop ceiling, no flooring, no texture on our walls). He will meet up with you (if you can get a hold of him) and tell you he’s about a week out from finishing your project and then blames everyone else when it doesn’t happen. Overpromises and doesn’t deliver anything. Our landlord had to hire someone else to finish the project. We had to follow up with the city multiple times and his own vendors for updates. He put us behind about 9 months of business. He sent us the same bids with different estimates on them because he has no idea what he’s doing or how far along his projects are. Read his BBB reviews because we are one of many people that he has done this to. Worst contractor.
