I recently used Green Paradise for a gazebo project. I had several quotes and I felt more comfortable with theirs because of the options presented, speed in which my questions were answered, and experience working in my neighborhood. My HOA is incredibly hard to deal with; however, GP did all the paperwork and submission, worked with the committee for approvals, and held my hand through the process. The work performed was permitted and inspected by the city as well. During the construction, surprises happened because we can't see underground; however, they were incredibly easy to work with and find a solution which in the end saved me time, money, and I am way happier with the outcome. My project wasn't the biggest but they treated me like a valued customer. Any changes I requested were handled same day. They provided quotes quickly and the office team was always very responsive. I couldn't be happier with the work done and will enjoy my larger patio and gazebo for years to come. Thanks Green Paradise team!!!

We had a positive experience working with David Souza and the Green Paradise crew. We were able to set up an initial consult fairly quick, and David provided a quick turnaround with impressive 3D and 2D renderings. Their landscape designer is AMAZING and blew us away! Once we decided to proceed, we received an estimate soon after. They were easy to work with, professional, ethical, flexible with changes that we made during the project, and they produce quality work and craftsmanship.

We appreciated that David escorted us around the wholesale nursery so we could view the plants in person. It helped make decisions on plants that he proposed that we were not familiar with and to determine size and price of plants that fit our budget. We left it up to his professional eye to later personally select each specimen, and he did a great job which you can see in the photos.

We finally have an outdoor living space where we are excited to entertain friends and family, but most of all... we love that we have a place of our own to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty that it brings us. It's truly the Japanese Zen garden that we dreamed of and much, much more. We highly recommend Green Paradise, and we would definitely consider using them for any future projects.

My experience with Green Paradise was awesome David Souza came out to do the estimate on some stone work and at that time I asked him if the work would be completed by a certain date all the work was done prior to the date that I asked for and the crew did an awesome job including clean up when the job was complete.

I used Green Paradise for a couple of years and had a very poor service experience with mowing and yard maintenance. I had to constantly remind them to hedge, they rarely would remove weeds from the yard unless asked, and their finance dept. would send me multiple confusing invoices, sometimes 6-7 a month for the same services that were included in previous invoices. With all of that said, it was just as much work managing expectations that they promised from the start, and service invoices, than it was offloading my yard services.

Just this year I politely emailed and asked that someone reach out so that we could reset expectations and start fresh. Even though their crew had been out once to mow the yard, a couple of days later I received an email stating that they could no longer provide services due to "unforeseen logistical issues."

I would not recommend Green Paradise services to anyone seeking lawn care, hedging, and maintenance. I do wish them well, but regardless, this helps to prove it was time to move on to a more reliable, headache free service from another provider.

We had a great experience with David Souza and Green Paradise. We had to fire the previous contractor. David responded well. His crew is professional. David has good design ideas and always listened to our input and understood what we were trying to achieve. He was responsive even when he had to go out of country. His staff took care of the project in his absence, and he was available to answer questions. When the brand-new pool heater did not work, he replaced it right away. He has been responsive to take care of any warranty issues. He is our go to contractor now. We highly recommend David for any pool, landscaping, or remodeling work.

GP did a beautiful job on our project. We had an existing pool but it was missing the wow factor.

GP expanded our patio, built a beautiful shade structure that allows us to use our yard twice as much in this heat, and did a bunch of other odds and ends that really put the yard over the top. It is truly an oasis now.

David was great to work with. They took the lead on working with our challenging HOA. We’ve done a lot of remodels over the years. This is the first time the finished product looks exactly like the design renderings.

From the project conceptualization to delivery they are very thorough and understand the customers point of view and are flexible to work with. They are very professional and clean up after work very well and treat the premises with utmost care. The guidance they provided was good for us to make informed decisions and complete the project within budget.
