We are very happy with our cut steer. We got exactly what was asked for, including the extra fat and salvageable bone cuts for dog feed. Everything was vacuumed sealed, except burger by the pound. Which is fine for us. Thank you Green Pastures for making the process so simple.

I can't recommend this place enough! They have great quality meat and the staff is always awesome to deal with! Cole was very patient and answered ALL of my questions when it came to both processing a cow and a pig! I never felt rushed on the phone with him and was grateful that he took the time to walk me through the answers to each of my questions! If you want a great place to go for top quality meats, Greener Pastures is your place!

We have been getting meat from Greener Pastures for a good number of years. It was Ricks Processing then. The meat quality is awesome and the cuts they do for us when requested have been wonderful. I have and will continue to refer folks to them. They have spoiled my family, as we cannot eat meat from grocery store anymore. If there ever was a problem, they have always made it right. Jenny is a very sweet lady.

Past customer, I took a elk in last year and actually had some of that for dinner tonight, Damn that was good. As I sit at the computer doing a little e-scouting I thought I should check in on my favorite processor. I have not only taken wild game here but also bought many stakes and have had many others from restaurants they supply to in the local area to include our new 1887. Everyone at greener pastures have been top notch and I can't recommend them enough. With any luck I will be seeing you all in a couple weeks, then a few other times throughout the season. We've been frequenting Greener Pastures for about a year now for our meat needs, and we are never disappointed. From pork belly, to brisket flats and tips, everything has impressed. Recently they installed a temperature controlled meat vending machine for after hours with some of the smaller items, super neat!!! Anytime some one asks if we know of a good meat market, we recommend Greener Pastures. We look forward to our next purchase!!

Took two whole antelope in for my son. Gave Cole my order for cuts. Told him we wanted the maximum steaks and whatever was left over to be made into hot Italian sausage. When I went to pick up the meat, we ended up with 10 tiny steaks from 2 antelope. Barely enough for a meal. Talk to Cole about it, he said he didn’t cut the meat himself and basically blew me off.We will not be sending anymore wild game or any beef there for processing, and will not send any of our hunting clients there either

Two pigs were taken to Greener Pastures at the same time by our friends. One black about 350 pounds. That pig was ours and a second pig blonde/red about 250 pounds that was for someone else. Imagine our surprise when our 350 pound pig netted 130 pounds of meat. They kept telling us the pig was very small. Of course that was the small pig. They were very nasty when the people who raised the pigs called them. I will never recommend them or use their services again.

Greener Pastures was recommended to us. I wish we hadn't listened! Very disappointed in breakfast sausage & brats. Breakfast sausage very bland. I've concocted a mixture of herbs to add prior to cooking. Brats are dry - trying to come up with creative ways to utilize it. Husband says, "and we paid for this?" To address your offer to 'make it right' - we live 115 miles from Canon C. Thanks but not willing to make another trip there & back. ):
