I've had this company do all of my work for years. That includes 2 roofs, a patio cover, a deck, an outdoor kitchen, a pool house and a separate garage. Their work exceeded every one of our expectations. Crews were amazing, there was always someone on sight that spoke English and answered any and all questions we had. The owner personally stained the concrete in my kitchen and epoxy coated my garage. Our home looks amazing!

I had them do my parents house this year as well. Great work!

I have hired Greengo Construction for several jobs through the years. They have never failed to preform in a professional and timely manner providing the highest quality work. I read the last review. I'm not sure what the job looked like but decking can not touch. There has to be a 1/8" gap to allow for expansion of the OSB. This gap prevents nails from backing out and helps to prevent "picture framing" of the decking through the shingles. When contractors have jobs, they normally order extra materials to save time, eliminate trips and make sure the colors are consistent coming from the same plant. When they are done with the job they take any extra materials back. To imply a contractor stole materials because there were extra is wrong. Especially on a public review. You are charged what goes on your roof, or home, not what is dropped in your driveway. Susan is an upstanding business woman with a long history of quality work. I highly recommend her and her company. It stinks sometimes you get a client who can't be pleased.

That lady with the problem with her shed, must have used a different GREENGO Const. than I used. Miss Little CEO GREENGO Const. Nothing but professional. Her Sub-contractors, on time and got the job done. When the project was finished Miss Little had no "apologies". It was complete and I was 100% satisfied. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Miss Little has since completed a second remodel and again no surprises.Beautifull job. Combine both projects $379,000.00 total. Finished under the time frame and just a few dollars under estimate. I would not hesitate for 1 second to recommend GREENGO CONSTRUCTION . Gary Smith

I would not refer this company. She came to work when she wanted. She did a great job on my house roof. Then she wasn't able to get in touch with her crew. She said they quit picking up. She then hired another crew that did a horrible job. I told her I was not happy. Instead of fixing it she just texted me making excuses. She NEVER gave me a call to make it right she just kept texting me trying to argue.

If you read the owners response it shows the type of person she is. She also doesn't know the laws in Texas. To sue someone for libel means the person made a false statement. Nothing I said was false I have pictures to prove it. Also she must can't read because I said she did a good job on the house roof which she did get paid for. Which I have proof of that as well. I also have texts that says she didn't send anyone to my home but on here she says she did. I'm not sure why she is lying. Another lie was it wasnt the same crew that worked on my house that did the shed. Funny how you send me a letter demanding me to let you come back to my house then say ur suing me. You really need to make up ur mind. Lol guess we will see each other in court. You also did steal the materials I purchased.

Still waiting on the screenshots. I went back and read every text. U admiting ur guys pulled my electric socket out. I also seen the text I sent asking you to quit sending people to my house and calling my boyfriend. It also says he never askwf to see my shed. Another messeage u are admitting u srill have work to do. Another message u are apologizing that u weren't able to get the same crew due to them being busy with the storms. I also don't see anywhere where I said ur guys couldn't come back but I do see the message where u said they were all done and u would do the rest of the work. If u take me to court I will be bringing them and counter sueing u for bullying and lying. I also have 10 days to respond to your letter. Lastly I seen that I sent u 6 pictures of the work I was unhappy about and you said I just wanted to complain. People please be advised to use her at ur own risk and please read her responses. She is all over the place.
