Greenline recently helped my wife and I with a small remodel in our living/family room revolving around a fireplace install. This was our first experience using a contractor for work and couldn't be happier after our experience. Being a small remodel timing was not on our side, but our expectations were exceeded which marginalized its impact. And its probably worth noting that we came in slightly under budget. Tom was incredibly professional and transparent throughout the process, not to mention very personable (he talked me off a ledge more than once along the way). The work did require subcontractors, each of which were equally great to work with. Everyone was kind, courteous, and respectful at every stage of the process. It's not to say that the project was without any pains, but the end result coupled with Tom's help made it all worthwhile. We have several remodel projects on the horizon and will definitely be giving Tom a call when the time comes. I highly recommend Tom and Greenline Construction!

Our kitchen remodel was our first-ever foray into a renovation project, and we could not have asked for a better, more dependable, easy to work with contractor than Tom. Tom hit every timeline milestone of the project exactly as he said he would, and he finished the project over $2,000 under budget. Tom's process was clear and always well communicated; we always knew what he was doing and what he planned to do next. He was extremely budget-conscious and made it very easy at every decision point to choose the level of materials and work that fit the function we needed out of our kitchen and our budget. Tom's budget worksheets were easy to read and understand, so I always felt 100% assured of what our money was being put toward. As the lead craftsman, Tom's work is beautiful. He has an incredible attention to detail and obviously takes great pride and joy in his work. We have young children, and he always left the work site clean and safe for my family. Overall, working with Tom was a low-stress, transparent, extremely successful experience and I would gladly and highly recommend him.

Tom Henderson is just finishing up a major kitchen remodel at our home. He started in mid-March. He has been fabulous to work with. Conscientious, dedicated, on-schedule, meticulous in his care of things, and a superb craftsman. The best general contractor we have worked with. Can't say enough about the experience working with Tom. We had two drywall repairs and the workmanship was the best we have ever seen and we have had a lot of drywall repair. He was so easy to get a hold of, so responsive with an estimate (the lowest of 4 estimates, by far), fit us in quickly between his much bigger jobs, did amazing work, was helpful with moving things around, and just a very nice person to spend the day with. I can't wait to call him for a much bigger project and would recommend Tom to anyone and everyone who needs good work done by a very good person.

Tom just finished removing our asbestos-free popcorn ceiling, covering up two massive box-light holes and then drywall/texturizing the ceiling to be paint-ready. He also patched up a bunch of other random areas throughout the house. Excellent quality work. The whole process was painless for us because of the care Tom took to make it that way. Tom was nice to have working around the house for multiple days (even with a cat and kids running around). He was reliable, professional, quiet and did and great job. We are glad to know him and will call on him again in the future to work on our house.

Tom just completed a complete master bath remodel. We worked with his suggested designer for materials and fixtures and Tom was the prime contractor. Unlike many contractors, he draw up a detailed day by day plan and manages to it with full transparency. His work is meticulous and he demands the same of his subs, who have been with him for years. He completely remodeled our kitchen some years ago with the same excellent result.

05/03/2015 We were in town for a short period of time to get our rental Townhome ready to put on the market. Unfortunately the condition of our place was much worse than we expected. We were scrambling to find workers to help us out. We had large holes in the wall and other areas that we needed a person very skilled in Drywall repair to take care of for us. Fortunately we found Tom from Greenline Construction. He was booked but listened to our story and was able to carve out enough time to come help us out. He did a fantastic job at a fair price. We were very pleased! Thank you Tom!!!

05/13/2015 - Our stay ended up lasting much longer than planned because we had a lot of work to do. We found a place in our ceiling that needed attention so we called Tom again and he came over to do the work. We all thought it looked good but after primer and paint it wasn't quite up to our standards so we called Tom back. He agreed that it could look better and re-did the entire job under 'warranty'. He offered us our money back from the original work. We didn't feel that was necessary as he did a good job the first time, it was just the final texturing that didn't come out 'just right'. His willingness to do whatever it took to make it perfect for us was fantastic. His attitude was awesome and in the end the job was perfect.

We wouldn't hesitate to call Greenline Construction for future jobs and we already referred him to our friends.
