Machine took my money and wouldn’t start. Moved clothes to another machine. Requested refund and got a confirmation email that said someone would contact me shortly. Two weeks later and still no contact. Machines are older models but in good condition. Dryers are lacking in my opinion. For $3.75 a load(washer or dryer), I had hoped my clothes would get dry but they didn’t. If I had gotten my refund or at least contacted, I would have given 2-3 star rating.

I have purchased wholesale parts over the decades, intermittently as needed.

I always found the Greenwald more than helpful and accomodating, even though I am not a high volume account by any means. Communication, and allowing a supplier to help before bashing them in the reviews is only fair. This company is quite legit, has been around forever, and is not a monopoly... there are 3 other players in the pay laundry game that I know of. They all are reputable. Most issues with modern tech are local comm issues, so always try to resolve those before calling or emailing. If you are a tenant, speak with management, as they need to know if their equipment is offline or needs attention.

TERRIBLE app and CROOKED company.
The app is consistently glitchy and I have to restart my phone constantly since the app freezes and there’s no way to exit it when it does that. And that’s just one of the many issues with their app.
It also overcharged me and they never responded to my message about it. It was a small amount but if they’re doing this to hundreds of people it adds up.
This company has a monopoly in the area I live in so there is no other choice, otherwise I would NEVER use them.
If you’re a landlord I strongly encourage you to work with a different laundry service as this is not an honest company.

I was using this app until my landlord started using a different company. I had a 12 dollar balance left. I tried emailing and calling! No reply, no refund! Calling is a joke! I got hung up on at every extension! I guess I have to call my bank! Worst costumer service!

The worst app I have EVER used. I tried getting ahold of Greenwald but to no avail. I have monies on the account I cannot get access to and had to end up getting quarters for my laundry versus this "wonderful app." Do not get the app. Just get quarters and save yourself the headache.

Corrected Review. Call was returned on 3rd try and the representative was very helpful. Sending me a replacement part at no charge - very nice

Avoid using this company material and apps. They have drive a 1000 miles just to help them improve there app but did not have money to pay me as a consultant.

You made the circuit laundry app and sadly its the worst app I have ever used. I'll rate you less than that but that feature is not available.
