Highly pleased with the service i received from Joe the stores proprietor. I brought in 2 very unique instruments that needed repair. He was very knowledgeable. and attentive. I left there with my instruments working even beyond my expectations I also observed his demeanor to music education customers and noted him to be friendly & professional. Well worth the drive. Highly recommend for all your musical needs.

I bought an EVH Wolfgang Special from Joe at Greenwich music that was used that they listed on Reverb. Joe is a stand up guy and was honest about everything and loyal to the customer. I Would definitely buy from Greenwich Music again!!

We have had nothing but an amazing experience with Greenwich Music. We have used their services for: purchasing music and various instruments, repair and maintenance of instruments, restringing and providing years of wonderful flute lessons with Andrew. His teaching took my daughter's flute playing to several years above her grade level. Joe, the owner, treats everyone as family and even hosts music recitals for the kids in the store. If he doesn't have something in the store, he quickly locates it and takes care of your request. As a regular customer
for about a decade, I highly recommend them.

We were kindly helped in the store, but we were buying a guitar for our son and we don't live in the US. We were having problems with internet so we couldn't research correctly at the moment, but they assured that the amp could be used in 220 current. We arrived home and we connected the amp and it didn't work. So the amp was burned. Apart from that the price was a bit higher than the same thing in other stores, it's not nice to pay 50 dollars more, but that is just business and anyone can charge what they want. It was our fault that we didn't do a good research before buying. But the very kind person that assured us that it would work because he used to be an electrician, and it only needed a basic adapter, was totally wrong and now we are home and we lost an amp, so we paid extra for the set and it didn't work. You were very kind indeed, but please if you are not sure about something, don't sell it. Because we lost money and we can't go back because we don't live there.

Great place for personalized service, because their prices are not any higher than big branch music instument stores. Just wish he carried more guitar selections. But has plenty of guitar needs for anybody local to Greenwhich, that otherwise have to travel for an hr or more to get quality strings, picks, accessories, or even in a bind for a part. Save gas and go here. No pressure great staff! Call first if you have a question on a need.

Amazing shop to work with. Ordered an Epiphone from Greenwich, not the most expensive instrument. FedEx had issues with delivery. Despite this not being a high ticket item, Joe worked with me for over a week to make sure I was taken care of and the guitar was delivered. Great experience, great communication, and a great shop.

I was considering the purchase of a guitar for my grandsons birthday. I found the staff at Greenwich Music very helpful and courteous. They even offered a free lesson with the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a musical instrument and/or music lessons. I did purchase a guitar, and his first"free" lesson is next week! Great place to shop.

Been having intonation issues with my guitar for a while and GM did a fantastic job getting it recording ready again. Eric and Bill were so professional. Bill took the time to do the adjustment in front of me so I know what to do in the future. That shows a real passion for the craft and for service, not just trying to get you to come back in to make a buck.

Truth be told I got my first guitar here in 2006 and and they treated me with nothing but respect and professionalism when I was a beginner and now that I play professionally. I'll be back with more guitars.
