Excellent service. Greenwood was very responsive - fixed the problem quickly, made sure the heat pump and split were clean and fully functioning. Returned after a month to ensure our system was working and no leaks were present. Very professional, courteous, efficient and clean. We are now using them for our summer and winter checkups. We trust their employees, their knowledge and their work. Thank you.

Greenwood Heating & Air is an excellent company with reasonable prices. In 2010, they installed a new HVAC system at my house: a new furnace in my attic, coil & condenser for AC, thermostat, and registers. Much additional work was necessary for the installations, including removing my old floor furnace, and patching the wall, floor, baseboard, and carpet. They cut into the ceiling for the return air and the registers, installed an electrical outlet in the attic for the furnace, cut through my tile roof and installed a vent for the furnace, and poured a concrete pad for the condenser, etc. All this was accomplished in an excellent and efficient manner. Since then, Greenwood has periodically performed maintenance on my HVAC system and made a few minor repairs. I highly recommend Greenwood Heating & Air.

Greenwood came out to do a service. They were very through. they went up in the attic and checked all of the heat pump parts and made sure that it wasn’t leaking condensation. then he went out and completely cleaned the air conditioning unit. He wrapped the Wires going to the air conditioner with a special wrap. The squirrels have been eating that wrap and we’re getting down to the wires. This will protect all of it. He did a very thorough job. And was very professional.

I used Greenwood to service my 17 year old AC unit prior to any issues. They showed me things that were problems, things that could potentially be problems in the near future and left the decision up to me as to what I wanted to fix and replace. They explained things in enough detail for me to make an educated decision, and never tried to scare or upsell me. Lately I seem to be finding it harder and harder to find honest companies that are just doing good work and be able to trust that they are not selling more than is necessary. With this experience I can say that Greenwood is that kind of honest company; that does good work and does not try to sell more than is necessary. Would highly recommend

I Really Love using Greenwood Heating & Air. They sent a text last month asking if I wanted to have my maintenance checkup before or after (June,July,August) because those 3 months are only available for Service Calls. During the Hot season they get lots of Service Calls. That’s the type of service they give, thinking ahead. Did a great job and also checked the dirty filter! They put in a new filter and cleaned the dirty grill cover.

This is Second time using Greenwood. First at my son‘s condo then my house. They are fabulous. So professional. Victor explained things about my Hvac that I never knew. The service fee is so much better than prior companies I have used. Easy to make an appointment.. I called the company that installed my unit when the house was built and they had some ridiculous two or three week wait.
I absolutely recommend Greenwood.

So glad I found Greenwood. My older Mitsubishi mini split system stopped working properly. The first company that looked at it said we needed to buy a whole new system. Fortunately Victor at Greenwood is a genius at repairing these older systems. It took a while for all the parts to get shipped but he got our system up and running perfectly. When it finally comes time to get a new system, I will get it from here for sure!
