The audit was incredibly helpful! The guys that performed the audit were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They identified multiple issues that they were able to correct. GU and their auditors get a 10 out of 10 from me!!!!

Am surprised at the reviews on here. Have had them for 3yrs now, have always been very helpful and friendly on the phone and ALWAYS extremely pleasant when you go in person. Always willing to work with you if you need to make a payment plan, however be prepared to keep your end of the bargain, they wont do it again if you don't, and I have to say that's fair when you go back on your word, how can they trust you to keep it in the future? I can not say about the refund, since I have not asked for mine as of yet, but as far as customer service where I am concerned I give them 5

If I could give them negative stars I would customer service is great but good luck getting your deposit back from financial department it’s been two months since we moved and still nothing called and was told it’s was mailed out twice and called again because we still haven’t received it guess what still not mailed out . Why they feel the need to hold peoples money is beyond me .

Any good reviews are a lie and from employees, you can see that just by reading them. They are very cold ppl. They can do what they want to ppl cause they know we don't have a choice but to use their power. Could pay off my bill $300 but can't with the $50 they added for setting up a shut off date. A person is set up to drive 0.2 miles which is like 3 blocks away to flip a switch and it cost that much just for them to have u set up for shut off that day. So if ppl have a hard time paying, they will add more to ur bill, spoke to Tina (the manager) who could have waved that for me but refused. Even when I stated I could pay off the bill but can't offord that extra $50, it was a stern no. They want to keep u backed up and it's so heartless. I couldn't even believe how cold she was. She actually said with the $50 penalty that maybe it would be paid on time next month, it's a punishment for not having enough money to pay right away. I actually cried cause she made me feel like I was such a bad person. People are not backed up on their bill cause they want to be, it's not fun for ppl, it's stressful and sad and ppl don't do it on purpose.
