Do NOT let the bad reviews fool you! We are so incredibly thankful for the team at Ground Source for the work they did! First of all, we had several geothermal companies come to our house for quotes. Tim was so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding to our specific needs because we were putting geothermal into a 25+ year old home. He was very open and honest about letting us know all the different ways install would/could go and answered tons of questions. Even after when we still had questions, Ground Source got back to us quickly and once again answered everything with clarity and detail. It was a no-brainer for us to go with Ground Source. Once we decided to continue with Ground Source, we were kept in the loop about timelines via email and phone calls. Install was almost a three week long process, but once again, we replaced two extremely old systems that required some extra effort and creativity to retro fit. Everyone from Julie, Justin, Bob, Scott, and Tim provided top notch quality service. I especially appreciated how kind and wonderful everyone was with our toddler and two dogs. We were also treated with such respect and the work this team did was top notch. I always appreciated that we were told everything that was happening and things were explained to us in ways to help us understand this new system. We are so pleased with the work that was done and the new geothermal system. I would recommend Ground Source to anyone!

We are huge fans of Ground Source! We have an older geothermal unit that is no longer manufactured, and Ground Source has helped us fix it several times. They also went the extra mile to find parts and get them here in time to fix our unit before a family gathering. Thank goodness for Ground Source! Always on time and professional.

Tim and his crew did great work installing our geothermal system! From planning and sizing the unit for our insulated concrete form house to installation and service afterwards...GroundSource has exceeded our expectations every step of the way! And the system they installed has been fantastic!!

When the installer decided to put the temp control on an unfinished wall we questioned it. Then when we finished the wall the entire system crashed. They cane for a warrantee call and ended up charging us 180 dollars. They said it wasn’t covered by warrantee bc it was an electrical problem. That’s absurd. I have never seen a company less professional and unaccomodating. A problem caused by a lazy installer and we had to pay for it. I do not recommend using Ground Source at all!

It took 7+ months to get the heatpump working correctly. Hopefully it is. 15 months after installation their plumbing work at the hot water heater started leaking so it is rusting. Not covered under warranty. Apparently only the factory warranty of the unit applies not the work done to install the system.

Don't even bother calling. The dispatcher acts like they don't want to assist you. I guess they don't want to make money. LOL
