Maybe 7 minutes from the center of Higganum. There are signs on Saybrook Road/Candlewood Hill Road in Higganum giving you direction.

It is well worth the visit!

Really big greenhouses with beautiful flowers. ❇️🌻
September starts off the Mum season and the miniature pumpkins / gourds.

Today I went and bought 3 Mums/1 Aster for $28
They have a big selection of colors and sizes as well.

There is a designated area for a photo. They will take a picture with your phone for you.

Everyone there is very helpful and super nice.

The Mums and Asters are perennials 🙂

Excellent greenhouse (there's 3). Every plant looks perfect and healthy. Clearly Halfinger cares about quality, and this is what I think of when I hear "Shop Local." Big corporations do not care anywhere near as much as these guys!

This place is so fun! They are so incredibly friendly here. We came out for pick your own daffodils. The fields are beautiful and our kiddo had a great time. Definitely worth the trip!

These plants are nurtured, organized and even grouped in beautiful arrangements for those wishing something stunning.
