Just an FYI to drivers live unloading here. Receiving doesn't open until 8am. I showed up at 7 because Google shows 24hr facility. Good thing I wasn't any earlier like I wanted to be. The yard guy was super nice and let me know about the hours. Receiving was super nice once they opened.

There's a container of dog treats if you have a dog in the receiving driver cage and a big grassy area for exercise. They have a trash can and porta potty.
