Awful customer services. We bought LifeProof vinyl flooring for our entire house. The planks get scratch and chip easily. Very cheap made, and awful customer service. Warranty is not 'lifetime' technically they are selling a vinyl flooring for walls, not for regular use. Just check their ridiculous policy on care and maintenance. Our entire floor is scratched, ALL of it. We contacted their warranty department, and they sent an inspector who took pictures. He saw one chair without felt pads, and they denied the claim based on that. Beware. Check the 1-star reviews they are true. Home Depot and Lifeproof are garbage. They do not care about their products.

NO stars!! DO NOT BUY!! Bought Lifetime Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring for the whole house (1,500 sq. ft.) Had it installed by a professional After a year the ends started chipping, edges started to delaminate, colors and sheens uneven, walking areas wouldnt clean up. Called. Filed a claim. Adjust came out. Final report says "yes, there are defects, but the installers should have stopped and not installed the product". How would the installers know it would fail a year later? Its still a defective product but they wont stand behind it. The Lifetime Warranty is nothing more than a marketing tool and they will NOT stand behind their product.

Brutal company didn’t want to return 400sq ft of flooring , after it started bubbling a day after install. Chad Stewart out of the Georgia office is a horrible customer rep. Do not walk away from this company run away !

I just got off the phone and I am extremely upset. I have had their customer service rep. Yell at me accuse me of lying. They are denying my claim based on mold which is why I called them because mold should have never been able to grow. What an absolute disappointment.
